  1. These guys have quite a few different ones available. http://www.uniqueautosports.com.au/
  2. I don't know where you're located but I'm in Victoria and got mine for my R33 from Petro-Ject in Dingley. They had the NGK one with the plug attached ready to go.. only cost just over $100 from memory.
  3. Thanks guys Paul - GTR33, are you meaning a second hand one or new? I haven't priced a new one, second hand I'd rather not risk my engine on it, plus you could save a bit of money but it's still a 10 yr old pump and maybe on its way out.. would like to know your opinion though Trident - let me know what you think of it after a drive. thanks again
  4. Hi everyone, I am looking into upgrading the fuel pump for my R33 GTST. I don't want a Walbro or Bosch as I just want a direct swap so don't have to muck around with it.. I know it would be easy to do but I'd prefer a more factory style setup.. less chance of problems as far as I'm concerned. I am just after some experiences with installing the Nismo or Tomei pumps. Are they particularly noisy? one more than the other if anyone knows? I am steering towards the Nismo but thought I would get some feedback first. Thanks
  5. I have never ordered from Nengun.. a bit hesitant based on the poor experiences of others. I have ordered quite a few things from Greenline and Perfect Run and couldn't be happier with their services. You will find that buying things from japan is just the same as everything else, you have to compare prices. Sometimes Perfect Run has an item cheaper than the others for eg Splitfire coilpacks and sometimes greenline will have the best price for another item. Don't just think that one place has the cheapest price for everything. They will each have made different deals wiith suppliers and one company could be closer to some suppliers than others so that will effect their prices also.
  6. Sorry man I didn't realise it was a 'work in PROGRESS'.. keep up the good work. If you need blueprints of cars check out http://www.the-blueprints.com/ has a huge list of blueprints for heaps of things. The guys other website is http://www.onnovanbraam.com/index.php?portfolio/3dstills/ He has pics of his Evo 8 model Another site with a few tutorials and help is http://www.suurland.com/ he has done some great work aswell. If you don't mind me asking, what job do you have that lets u use 3DS MAX? I don't really use the prog anymore.. can't find the time at the moment, would like to though. This is an RX7 I did ages ago in i think 3DS Max 3 when trying to learn the prog.
  7. Looks great KoL!, I am guessing you used 3DS Max? could be very wrong Only thing I can suggest is don't forget the side mirrors and maybe try blacking out behind the grills and interior so you can't see the ground etc. someting simple like this for eg (to the required shape of course. Sorry, you've already done the wheel arches, didn't see that. Where did you get your reference pics from? Suurland? Look forward to seeing your GTT.
  8. check out the group buy section there's a thread called something like 'R33 Whiteline & Bilstein GTST'. Sydneykid (Gary) will answer your questions and can help you with what you need.. parts wise and info about them. Was feeling generous so here's the link http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=85467 Good Luck
  9. Is it better to paint rims or get them powder coated? powder coating is better for grills etc as it stands up to stone chips etc better, don't know about brake dust though? anyone had experience? Sorry man, a little bit off topic but could help your decision.. nice pic too
  10. Here's a pic of mine, I really do need to get a better pic of it
  11. I have always found Total Tyres in Moorabbin in Oakleigh to be great prices.. They are not yard apes who change them either they never scratch my friends painted rims whereas numerous others did. 95698666 - you'll probably talk to rob or shaun, it's at least worth a call for prices. They have a website but it is not a good representation of what stock they have. If they (or anyone else) have good prices but aren't in your area see if your local tyre joint will do things for the same price, saves a trip then and you'll have somewhere local They can get in rims too, not all, but I got some prices off rob. Some of the rims where cheaper than the other places around, but again try and see if your local place will do it for the same price.. or better it Good Luck
  12. Edit: actually, it would be great if anyone could suggest how i can temporarily attach the box.... Looks nice man.. I am yet to build my sub box but from what I've seen as long as it's not too top heavy and off balance then a few strips of good adhesive backed velcro works well (apparantly). Good Luck
