spotted a series 1 dark green stagea turning left onto ocean reef road this morning...caught up to them and then they turned left onto wanneroo rd heading towards wanneroo

we had the skyline RAC checked for the guy that was interested in buying it....it didnt take 3 days..they arrived at 9am in the morning and left just after 12.00...he spent ages in our driveway going over it and took it for maybe a 10 minute drive most...the things that came up in the report were things that we already knew of, but actually gave the guy piece of mine that there was nothing wrong with the car except a few cosmetic marks....if you have nothing to hide then get them to arrange the RAC inspection at your house and you shouldnt have an issue, or alternatively if your so worried about the RAC get an import dealer/mechanic to go over and they will search every little thing and note every detail they find...its all worth the money especially if your car passes and it means you have a sale on your hands and if not you keep the report and you can show potential buyers the same report

Shayne have you gone to places like WA Suspension in Ossie Park ( www.wasuspensions.com.au) or Wilkinson suspension in Bayswater??? Both of these places are highly recommended through the import scene and Wilkinson's is a SAUWA Club member Discount place...so obviously these places deal with imports??? *edit* sorry didnt realise that you were south of the river, but obviously if no one is willing to help your way it may be worth a phone call to one of these two places and tell them your issues as well and see what they can offer you before you head up to them*

hahaha Niz, MrGTST and me turned our engagement party into the wedding....both of our mothers were being hard work...all of the dramas and all of the issues that arise dont seem to matter when you finally get to the day

that one was sold within about 1hour..i got the mail looked at it and came back and it had negotiation within another couple of hours it was sold/finished looks like a great example and the colour is awesome :)

thats the same with mine...if i put 15buxs in it gets me just to the first quarter mark if not a little bit over aswell i suppose i cant complain i havent even done any mod's to her yet but i should really do something about the amount of fuel the thing eats

Be careful of compliance in WA (i have had a BAD experience with a said workshop with one of our two stageas), not only is it more expensive but it seems the eastern states companies are much better at doing the work...i would suggest if importing yourself get it sent to the eastern states, complied there and then ship, road or rail it to perth...much better (thats what we did with the second stagea)

And the reason for not making the North Mole, was that 1) it was too wet to actually get any good photos at that time...and 2) after decisions with everyone on the cruise, most were wanting something to Munch on so we went to captain munchies

hhahahaha sure sure sure yeah it was great we only had 4 of us that were 'oldies' and the rest were all first timers which was great..its really good to see new faces next time eh brad and maybe the stag will be running by then????

it was great to meet you guys...would love to see you at the next one hopefully well and truely in the stagea shame you guys didnt tag along as it was a great cruise and everyone seemed to have enjoyed the roads It was great having a new group of faces and getting to know everyone that little bit better and checking everyones rides out will definately be looking forward to the next one

Thanks to everyone who turned up what a fantastic day..the weather held off for most of the day..pity about it starting to rain at the North Mole Stop, but the photo shoot and the drive down to Serpentine sure did put smiles on plenty of faces and some reached new levels with their cars *wink wink* You guys and gals were great company and it seemed everyone enjoyed themselves, have started to upload the photos and they look great. It really was an awesome day and it was great to meet new faces...will hopefully see most of you at the next cruise about July/August time thanks heaps guys...had a wonderful time and i hope you all did as well

hehehe was just speaking to him a few nights back...he has some interesting things to tell a lot has changed with him (all good stuff of course) he is hoping to make it on Sunday..ill probably ring him or something and make sure lol
