  6. I didnt work it out dan. When in the SA section, click on the post # for each thread (ie. ~6000 posts for old wasteland) and a window pops up showing you all the posts. Found this out when I accidently clicked the number instead of the title

  9. Steve I'll get the $$ to you via PayPal by early next week My wife MAY be coming, but I'll let you know early next week
  10. ^Sunday before I cant do it, I'll be on my way back from Sydney, and weekend after I have Falcon GT club committments on the Sunday, so was the only time prior to Christmas I could make it. Ahh well, busy time of year I suppose so was never going to be a huge turnout I guess. Doesnt matter, if not to many people turn up I'll do the same cruise route for a cruise in the new year, but definately running it on December 9.
  11. Sad to see it go, but hope you didnt end up too out of pocket
  12. Ha! all sorted.. paypal is actually easier than I thought
  13. ^Dan its not that funny when you think that the R32 skyline qualifies now under the present regulations (late classic) 1 Historic - for vehicles manufactured after January 1st 1900, and prior to December 31st 1946 Category 1 – 1/1/1900 to 31/12/1946 2 Classic – for vehicles manufactured after January 1st 1947, and prior to December 31st 1971 Category 2 – 1/1/1947 to 31/12/1961 Category 3 - 1/1/1962 to 31/12/1965 Category 4 – 1/1/1966 to 31/12/1971 3 Late Classic – for vehicles manufactured after January 1st 1972 and prior to December31st 1990. Category 5 – 1/1/1972 to 31/12/1976 Category 6 - 1/1/1977 to 31/12/1981 Category 7 - 1/1/1982 to 31/12/1990 Pity GTR's aren't eligible though: 301.2 Eligible Vehicle Type The event is for vehicles manufactured prior to 1 January 1991, with the exception of turbocharged all wheel drive (AWD) vehicles manufactured post-1981 and “prototype” vehicles regardless of the year of manufacture. These excluded vehicles do not comply with the “spirit” of the Event and enquiries should be directed to the Chief Scrutineer for clarification if required. These technical regulations only permit normally aspirated 2WD cars to be modified to M3; Targa Tasmania permits turbocharged 2WD to be modified to M3, but this is not permitted in the Aeromil Pacific Classic Adelaide.
  14. oops, forgot about the XHP show too...... Well perhaps some feedback if any other dates would be better?
  15. Well I realised today when looking at the dates for Classic Adelaide this year, I'm going to miss it as I'll be interstate for work BUT to relieve my anger, I thought I would plan a "SAU Classic Cruise". Basically I intend to take the cruise on a few of the sections the Classic Adelaide route so we can all experience the drive (all be it at the speed limit and in 1 lane) that gets such great coverage world wide. It will be a Sunday Afternoon cruise, so we won't be covering a lot of the course (as it runs over 4 days) but will cover some of my favourite sections. So details are: Sunday December 9 Meet: 12:30 for 1:00pm departure Location : Meet near the city (PM to be sent 1 week before) Directions will be available for d/l when PM's go out. Register your interest here. Im trying to give plenty of notice so we can get a great turnout like the last cruise to the Murray. Also note, I realise this is the same day as drift practice, but this can't be helped. Cheers Lee *Edit: Title Amended *
  16. Whats the go with Paypal? I was going to do direct deposit, but havn't got a PM back from Prank... Does PayPal cost you anything? ie. use my credit card through pay pal, is it just my $10 donation OR is it $10 + xx%?
  17. I wont be out there... don't know if I will have my car back, and if I do, I'll be fixing the front bar Have fun, and I'll hopefully be out at the track January next year

  21. Im busy all weekend and unfortunately wont make it out there. It would be good to see, I used to love watching the Sports Sedans when I was younger... so much engineering in those things, and f*** are they quick! so very fat!
  22. Cool, what do you do with Adrien Brien? Few months ago I met Joel (?) the manager of the Hyundai section at a friends wedding. Seems I know a few ppl there now
  23. Nick: I reckon I saw it sitting at Adrien Brien Chrysler (Ford) this avo on my way home, do you work there?
  24. As far as I'm aware, Small car Sunday is about presence of ALL cars, and in particular club displays. Nothing to do with rice, fancy paint etc. Sure these cars get attention from some, but showing off all types is what SCS is about... correct me if i'm wrong.
  25. 1 hour could be pushing it for everyone to get there, order and eat... If golf isn't possible at 6;30 or 7:00 to have dinner at 7:30, then maybe dinner at 6;30, golf at 8:30? Can always sit around a little longer post dinner rather than rushing....
