  1. SK, I don't actually have a PM from you. Maybe you replied to someone else or didnt hit send? Cheers Lee
  2. Kristian, I'm guessing it needs to be a genuine stock bar?
  3. Hey there, I sent you a PM a few days ago about a setup for R33 GTSt. Can you please respond? Cheers
  4. Timmy! thought you would never part with this beast I can vouch for this car being one of (if not THE) best R31's in SA.

    Bov

While on the bov question. My car I just bought has 2 bov's in place as seen below: I want to remove the aftermarket one, so I bought a new stock cooler return pipe (black pipe). I was going to replace it today, but then noticed that the vaccum line has be re-routed to the aftermarket bov, and the stock bov has the pipe where the vaccum attached removed/blocked with a screw!! SO, can I replace the cooler pipe to remove the aftermarket BOV and just block the hose from the manifold? How does it affect the operation of the factory BOV if it doesn't have a vaccum/boost reference? If you dont block this hose, does this not cause a boost/manifold leak? Cheers for the help
  9. Haha, no I dont think I paid too much. I dont think I got a bargain either, I believe I just paid market price. ahh to hell with it. $15k even is what I paid. I was happy with the price with what the car came with. I could've imported one for cheaper, but felt more comfortable buying locally.
  10. Not too shabby at all I like the white offsetting the orange too. Well done!
  11. Is this sold yet? if not, PM me price including postage to Adelaide. Cheers
  12. Thread digging Do you still have the GTR pump? PM me your lowest price Thanks
  13. I'll give you $50 for the fuel pump this weekend and pick it up. Let me know.
  14. Thanks for the reply Pauly. I won't be boosting the car any time soon. At the moment it only has a cat back exhaust and mushroom pod, stock IC. So my intention is to finish off the exhaust and then maybe look at boost later. I just hate the ATMO BOV, so if I replace the pipe with a piece of factory pipe, all will be good? Cheers!
  15. Evans32: Yeah it was Simon I bought it off. Good guy, made the sale pretty easy. Price is between me and Simon, if he chooses to tell you, its up to him Tim: Absolutely! Im not sure when but we'll need to get together.
  16. Hi all, I have just recently purchased an R33 skyline GTSt (S1) and this is a photo of the engine bay: As you can see, I have circled what appears to be the aftermark bov in the left of the picture which is on a welded on flange on the return pipe, but on the RHS of the pic is that the stock unit as well? ie. is my car running a dual bov setup? Why would someone have done this? The reason I ask is, I dont like the aftermarket bov venting to atmosphere, as its a defect waiting to happen, and I dont like the PPSSSHHTT either LOL. SO can I replace the return pipe from the cooler with the factory item to remove the BOV and the factory one will still perform its job? Cheers for the help, new the the turbo stuff PS I searched but was unable to find an answer as to why this would have been done, or if I could remove it
  17. Well I sort of work around there. I work on Pirie St but was meeting a mate there at lunch as he works on South Tce. Was sort of half way for both of us You work in the city too?
  18. Thanks for the comments guys Madaz: I'm very aware it's defectable, but fingers crossed as I try to stay out of trouble TuffR32: Any idea for Car toys to do the headlight clean?

  21. HEY! My wife and I used Alan Howe for our wedding photographers! Alan is a TOP BLOKE to deal with, and the work was flawless. Cut out the middle man of photographers adding their bit on the proccessing etc, this place does the lot! Couldn't recommend them higher
  22. Excuse my ignorance, but what is the advantage of this split dump as opposed to a normal bell end? If it still goes into a single 3" pipe before the cat, how does it help? Also, the 570CFM cat for $160, is that adequate for stock turbo if hi-flowed? Cheers Lee
  23. Do these dump/front pipes come with Gaskets? Cheers
  24. Hi guys, Can someone please give me the details of 6U9000 ECR33 031142. Car Im looking to purchase this friday, so quick respnse would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Lee
  25. My 2 sec pictures of how a switch would work. The grey wire section is just to represent where the original connections were. DO NOT leave the wire connected accross the switch. Note I dont have a skyline yet which I have performed this mod on, its purely based on reading this thread.
