That picture has been discussed so many times before. Anyone heard of the Nissan March Superturbo ? It is possible and that could be a twin turbo superchared rb26 if you look ther are 2 intake pipes of the end tank, possible the supercharer runs into the lower intake....... but meh

The stock turbos are throw aways imo. If the bearings are gone you have probably shaved a bit off the comp wheel or the turbine which would leave it imbalanced which will inevitably cause the destruction again.

Chinese mass produced turbos like the above are of poor build quality and last for a day. I know this because i make turbochargers and have seen what happens all to often to these turbo's. Buying copied turbos with Garrett Model numbers should be the first alarm to go off especially when there is no manufacturer markings at all on them apart from turbocharger and ar size.
