ROFL wat a crackup , typical bogan trev's who think ford/holden is the only way and that straight lines are the most important :! what a poor image lol i knew someone who had a vl and his mechanic was telling him how shit it was because it had a nissan motor (rb30) in it and was telling him how hsv's are the best in the world :S ... typical stereotypical ignorant folk. needless to say he laughed at the mechanic so much lol

The swedish Koenigsegg CCR for sure, its got the looks and power , 2nd for looks would be the ferrari convertible -
hks earthing kits are in the $500 range , i'd rather get a decent $50 lol
-
*bump* yeh interested in this when i get my new rims/wheels ehe
-
according to asm article, they tested the hks earth grounding kit and apparently they achieved a slight gain at peak but lost more power in the midrange. so apparently unless u get the kit for dirt cheap + have electrical issues + wanna tidy up the apperance of your engine bay your hard earned cash could be spent elsewhere

fluent replied to scottman's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)

afaik Factory specs are 135-185 psi per cylinder and each cylinder being around 120 with an ~<5psi variance is decent for a >100,000km car. Just means your car isn't in top condition, someone's had fun in it but it should be alright for a while (That's assuming my factory spec figures are correct) -
taking rear spoiler off?
fluent replied to jesse_r's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
using plugs would be a cheap quick solution, but then you would get more issues further down the track. like rust etc get it done right get panel beaters to weld/respray or be like me and leave the spoiler on coz i cbfed paying $400+ just so i take my spoiler off, i'll do it when i get my whole car respray -
autosalon, hpi and occasional speed, zoom, topgear also used to get hot4's when i started buying mags... but found way better ones.. shortly lol

that '[email protected]' is suspicious and is the released subbed initial d ones on the net. I assume they were converted to dvd, covers printed, dvd's pressed, looking legit etc. A lot of dvd's sold on ebay are hard to tell if legit or not due to thier high counterfieting skills oh yeh and i'm up to stage4 now, just got into intial d

i agree with the minimalistic + function wise and forged internals could do with some simple animation of the sau banner i guess, rear lights lighting up or something or car driving off into background/etc just nothing over the top -

1. get temporary permit to drive solely for the purpose of getting to the compliance place. 2. Different RAWS are "qualified" to do specific cars, check with them first. 3. ~$1000-5000, sevs.. aka step by step costs 4. 1yr, bad luck. best case: few weeks shipping, then few days compliance then on the road. 5. not sure sorry, i'm in perth. How about spending that little extra by going with: http://www.j-spec.com http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au or a recommended broker.
