hi guys just had some injectors flow tested. there are supposed to be 1000cc, made by venom in the usa,std rb26 fitment same plug etc, now i know they are not regarded as good injectors but bought these before i found this out..the bosch dealer who tested them, did so at 1bar pressure for 30secs. and the all produced 50cc give or take 1cc. has any body any idea if that would equate to 1000cc,s injectors. he pressured them to 5bar for testing but said his machine was not able to flow enough to keep it up, thats on three injectors at a time. any help/critisim would be grateful.. bernie...

superb greg, so am i right in thinking if i buy this kit i can just bolt my rb26 4wd sump to my rb30 block?. nothing else needed?. except sump goo p.s. greg pm me a price delivered to the uk please... my uk postcode is pr73pd... asap....

right guys, you lot have been superb, threads etc. i think i may have made an incorrect turbo choice here. you tell me.. my spec when i build it will be. rb30 bottom end, cp forgies,spool rods, n1 oil/water pump, tomei baffled sump, exedy twin plate clutch,720 inj, twin in-tank tomei fuel pumps feeding both ends of the rail, hks adj fuel reg, apexi d-jetro,1.2 tomei head set. arp head bolts,jun 264/272 9.7mm lift cams,tomei adj cam pulleys. the above i have. on its way is a extreme turbo kit from oz,(thanks leigh). that consist of a cast tubular manifold, 44mm wastegate and a gt35r with a 1.06 rear. now my exhaust is 4" turbo back no cat. i an after torque around 550lbs really, dont want to rev to high. will this set up do?. my current rb26 makes 620 bhp @ the fly but only 440lbs torque on 2530,s and the above parts. any advice guys is good.. do i need to go gt42 or t51r?. woild like 450 rwks, i think we use bhp so 650 bhp @ the fly..cheers bernie uk.. rb30 in progress.

right mate. mines 600bhp rb26. plastigauge mine at .050mm. did 60miles then 1.4 bar on 25/30,s.. done 3000 miles now still good, know what you mean though. .030mm is tight.

just for my curiosity, how tight a clearance?. think std is .040mm?.

just fitting an rb30 into my r33gtr shortly. would like a nice shiny small rb30 badge.do they exist?. maybe fitted to a vl?. any pics would be good..bernie.

hi guys got a tail gate coming think it 45/48mm, from spool. so a 2" waste pipe and about 8" long b4 it joins the dump?. bernie.

brad if its a 32 then its the fuel lines. we had the same problem over here. the 32 lines are smaller than the 33/34 ones.. i ran 512bhp @ the hubs on one tomei in tank pump, but mines a 33, my mate ran the same set up in a 32gtr and ran out of fuel @ 495bhp @ the hubs.about 570 @ the fly..bernie.

just to add guys my cp,s in the rb26 run .35mm clearance. they do slap a little when cold.but that at 4 degrees,,

fitted this to mine as i do a few track days, nismo stat and triple rad. superb. 70degs all the time.. bought from japsalon/uk. but you get the idea.

cheers cubes your rb30 guide comes in handy.. here,s the spec. rb30/26 extreme manifold, gt35r 1.06 turbo, 720 inj, d-jetro, jun 264/272 cams 9.7mm lift, cp forgies spool rods, acl bearings, n1 oil/water pumps, tomei 1.0 mm headgasket?. tomei sump baffle plus bits. hoping for 500 +ilbs torque and spooling from 3500rpm,s.... this is the old engine bay as is but soon to be replaced..25/30,s etc. 600 bhp/445 ilbs.
