JiMiH, Sports Compact sounds like drag racing Honda Civics but it does sound like a good event. I'll try and get my car ready to race on the first dedicated sports compact day Novermber 22nd.
You forgot to polish Bam? Hmm, I thought you two were getting close:p
Yeah, clean and polish the car including mags on Thursday, then we'll setup your car for you while your at Uni:D
You tapped into the carbon cannister line? It has two lines going to it, maybe it causes the pressure to fluctuate.
With things like boost gauges etc it's always a good idea to tap into a supply close to the plenum which doesn't already have other taps into it:D
walkoau,
I think the Plug'n'play's retail for about $1395 for the ECU by itself. No idea who does them in Sydney, but ring up Wolf they put you on to the workshops that sell them.
Can't remember the figures off the top of my head, but I know Got Boost is taking his R32 GTS-t powered by an RB26 down, He's already run a few 12's on snow tyres on a crap track. He'll be taking his Nitto's down on the fully prepped track and hoping for a low 12 or high 11:D
Most of the RB25 powered cars are just starting to move into the 350rwhp area, so we should start to see some good times coming out soon:D I hope to be one of them:D
I'd be interested in knowing if anyone can get hold of BF Goodrich Drag radials at a good price?
Steve, The power is only good for spinning the wheels at the moment, maybe I should try and do burnouts like the Trevs:D
Buster, There are a few cars in Perth already that would make the lists but they don't seem interested in sending there results in. If I get a decent time then I hope to make the list:D
I have a very distinct plan on what modifications I want to make, unfortuately I'm restricted by budget at the moment:(
I'm maintaining the same diff ratio, cause I use my car as a daily driver and don't want to wreck the feel of it:D I have a Nismo 2-way sitting in my spare room, just need the time to fit it:D
