  1. Yeah, I saw those two articles, written by TJ and photo's by Franz
  2. I'm sure all recliners go forward
  3. Yeah Troy, hurry up, it will take the pressure off me
  4. Steve, If you moved out West for the "drift action", then you moved out for the wrong reasons. Hopefully once the track is completed you can get this back up and running.
  5. Steve, Did the give you any alternate dates for holding this practice? I feel sorry that all your hard work has gone to waste
  6. PAS has previously had driving events, but not since the drama's at Belmont have they held it at the same venue as the show. They normally run the driving events a week or two prior to the show.
  7. Sounds like this event is going down-hill fast I think we'll give it a miss this year, don't feel like standing on a skid pan all weekend
  8. He's in Canada
  9. I have a pair in Perth.
  10. I'm glad you wrote it, it reflect what alot of us feel
  11. Yeah, the AME show was previously the Ford vs. Holden show. Was nice to see how they put on there shows, but other than the price being good, I couldn't see anything they do theat we don't. I agree that a couple of the imports did look shit, but C-red's and Xspeed displays were nice
  12. I'm sure many of us will be happy to act as tour guides to you
  13. I went , and thought it was ok for the $15, but thought that it was a bit boring, other than checking out lots of cars there wasn't much else happening. The dyno comp at the Dome is in a much better position than at the Convention Center, and some huge power figures. I hope the show continues to grow, and incorporates more Import cars.
  14. I feel I need to add my support behind "The Day After Tommorow" and "First Knight" as been two of the worst movies I have ever seen
  15. Haha, me either Ken B) Niz and I thought about moving into Ballajura with you Ken, but thought your neighbours wouldn't appreciate even more noisey cars hanging about
  16. Ken, I've also heard Ellenbrook provides a safe haven for Skyline Hoons on the run from the cops Now they will have somewhere more comfy to hangout
  17. Yeah, if you want South of Perth and close to Freo, then Melville, Kardinya, Attadale are all well worth looking at
  18. Mt Lawley is another good area, close to the city, nightlife, eateries etc. IMHO, your best option is to pop over for a quick look around, and visit some of the suburbs. The area's closer to the city tend to have older houses and are more expensive, some of the suburbs further out are newer, bigger houses etc. Give us some idea of what your work will be, and we may be able to provide better advice. Cheers Paul
  19. Geoff, We'll put a BBQ on in your honour when you come and drop-off my HICAS lockbar
  20. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...topic=76081&hl= Top guy to deal with
  21. I;m was talking about the distance from the City
  22. Geoff, Whenever your next over you can come over to our place, we'll make sure we have new clean BBQ for you
  23. What do you mean first mortgage, this is now my second I've crippled my "Rebuild a 600hp engine" fund Plenty of room for a few cars out back, and a hoist
  24. The Kwinana Motorplex is an excellent facility, www.motorplex.com.au, but I wouldn't personally want to live down that way. We should have two official Sports Compact events each year, stay tuned for details to be announced soon. There are weekly Wednesday night runs, plus monthly Friday nights for ANDRA members. BTW, way up north is only 30mins drive from the city, and way down south is only a 30mins drive from the city, women are prone to exageration
  25. Hi Paul and Stacey, I was just re-reading your article in one of my old AutoSalon Mag's The only real racetrack is Wanneroo, which is 30mins north of the City, with a few nice suburbs relatively close, Ellenbrook, The Vale, The Vines etc. There a few existing workshops in the area, HyperDrive, OvaBoost. If you want any advice feel free to give me a buzz. 0422 972 195 Cheers Paul President of SAUWA
