I think that i am going to get a set of RDA's and save the money i would have spent on custom DBA's or stoptechs. Then next set will be DBA 5000's or similar.

I carnt run bigger rotors the calipers will foul on my rims(super advans). I will get on to stoptech on monday and get a price.

Hi, Just got a price on getting some blank DBA heat treated rotors (4000's????) and getting SCBC to machine some wiper slots in them more like the project mu's for $630.00 a pair to suit the front 324mm brembos. Do you think these will have a greater chance of not cracking or is the cast metal just not up to the task of hard braking? Cheers, Ryan

Thanks mate, I cannot find the friction coefficient of the ebc green pads? Will these be ok to use on the back with the DS2500's or the HC's on the front? What rotors would you recommend? I will try and find that thread. Cheers.

Hi, I have read through the brake pad user ratings post and found both of these pads to have good feed back for track use, but sum have said that the DS2500's have worn the rotors out quick??? there has not been a lot of feedback with the project mu's, but what is there is saying that they are all good. My question is what is better for track use? I am a newbie to the track and i dont want anything that bites too hard yet. I am currently running R33 GTR brembo's all round with stock rotors and EBC green pads on a R33 GTS-T. The front rotors are worn out and will be replaced with DBA4000's very soon. Also will it affect the brake response/feel too much if i run the EBC's on the rear and one of these on the fronts? Thanks, Ryan

Can remember the way of the top of my head but it is setting> then fuel correction or somthing you will have to have a look. Your old injectors are 61.3% the size of your new ones so pull all the injectors down by 30% to be safe and it should be ok if you dont have to drive too far just dont flog it NO BOOST, just keep an eye on you knock level. You can use all that stuff but it will cost you a packet to do so, firstly you will have to buy all that gear then get an adaptor plate custom made or from Greddy to adapt the RB26 inlet to the RB25 head. Then have to sort all you Vac lines, harnesses and throttle cable the fit the new system. If you get the std gtr intercooler mts and piping you should be able to make the cooler to Throttle body it ok but have to get the turbo to cooler made. It is very do able but not worth it, buy a RB26 and bolt it in and away you go. Or just get a intercooler and plenum kit from Plazmaman and get an injector upgrade kit from Injectors online, they have kits to change your injectors to top feed. Hey peoples, Just got my misses car knocked back for rego because the LHS tie rod end has some play in it, Fark i know he has to do his job but i went to the local guy instead of taking it to my friend with his worshop thinking i was doing the right thing. Any way i now have to get a replacement one in 6 days and it is Easter :-(. The car is a 99 RS Stagea, does anyone have one of these or know where i can source one from? or the nissan part number? are they the same as the GT-T's? I am in Newcastle if anyone can help.
