no what ska is talking about is the guy basically put mirrors or something like that so it would glow. but you can do it with a neon

Technically its his job to do that. When i did work in a spray painting shop they covered every little thing that wasnt spose to be painted even if the owner wouldnt notice

basically what you do is sand it back till you get it clear then stick a neon behind it and put a box around the neon to conseal it. then just wire it all up etc wouldnt be too hard at all. The guy who asked wanted it to glow red as the green came factory standard on some skylines.

there was a thread on how to make it glow red just by using ur rear lights.
