    sorry didn't read your post that clearly... the noltec sub frame bushes are time consuming to install - it's a subframe out job. i wouldn't expect that you need pineapples if you do the subframe bushes.

    They're all the same - a bit of polyurethane. might be marginally different durometer (hardness) but they all do the same thing.

    what is it with GTR owners thinking that everything else is shit? why can't we recognise that there is other machinery that shits all over GTRs for their intended purposes? If I needed to move a family with some speed I can think of worse $50K cars to use than a Turbo Ford... I think we all need to pull our heads in a bit.

    just read the offset off the wheels front and rear and that will tell everyone what it will fit. if in doubt just copy ALL the numbers on the back and post them up here. GTR, as ferni has said earlier, will be something between +10 and +22. GTSt will be around +35

    braided lines just do exactly the same thing as rubber lines... you can use them with ABS

    I'm with everyone else. highflow panel in std box is fine. forego the noise, it will get you pulled over sooner or later and you'll be farked.

    Spunky, GPS does not detect anything They merely locate where you are via satellites, then the machine memory references your location and says "hey i know there's a camera here so I'll warn you". It is referencing a database on a memory card in the unit. It does not send any signal out and "detect" the cameras or radars.

    I don' know... it may be 195-200 it is so dyno dependant. The number itself is not so relevant as the analysis...

    yep, power to weight is the winner. belive that an R8 is around 1800kgs, giving 7.38kg/rwkw if a stock GTR is 1450kgs, then to match a 7kg/rwkw, the GTR will have to make 207rwkw. I reckon a stock GTR will make around 180rwkw, so with an exhaust it will be close. plus don't forget rear wheel vs 4wd - will the R8 get the power to the ground efficiently as the GTR? all so many variables.

    That's it I give up! R34s=too confusing. I'll stick to 32s.

    They don't "detect" anything. There is memory on board that all the data of speed cameras etc are loaded into, and when the GPS realises that you are near a stored camera, it chimes a warning. there is no reason why it isn't legal. it is the same as me driving along with a passenger and a notebook filled with details of all locations of speed cameras, and him shouting out when we go close to one.

    yep millenium jade - my covers are now that colour. that build no on the white one is very low - it's an early 34 so no way it can be a NUR spec
