S2K is definitely bigger. I had a pair but there was no way they would fit into the R32 housing. I don't know the dimensions of the S2K projector (sold them), nor the R34 housing - sorry can't help there. you'll just have to see by breaking them open and/or visualising it......

that wavey side crease that goes up the front guard, lower at the door, and back up at the rear arch is a bit... old hyundai coupe looks melted in the middle
