UPDATE The picture below was taken on the 9th Oct. A lot has been happening in the past week whilst I was away. Ordered all the fittings, and the fab work started. (It is starting to look like a car now!😆) Will be uploading another progress picture later today when I go in to check it out.

Hi all, Back again with more questions ? Is this something I have to get it fixed now or? Can I get away with leaving it for now and replace it /get it fixed when the car is in running condition? Also ordered new transmission cross member bushings as mine weren't looking that great ✋

Hi All, My car have been sitting for years with fuel in the tank and the fuel actually smells pretty bad.. Has anyone cleaned out their fuel tank before? or know of any places that can clean it? I got a quote from a place and they said $399 to get the tank cleaned lol Any help/recommendation would be highly appreciated. Thanks

What turbo do you have? My power goal with e85 is anything over 450kw and 390kw on pump fuel. I don't think I want to push the car more than 25/26 pounds on boost. Lets see what happens..

thats all good mate. People just need to ask the question "is there a reason why you haven't considered xxx?" instead of you should get a trigger kit for. Im working 3 jobs in order to finish this car as i am working full time, have 2 casual jobs, running a business and building this car all at the same time as well as having a family. There's a lot of stuff I would do to make the car perfect (for my eyes though, not to please others) but unfortunately I'm not in a suitable position to do it yet. If I could, I'd get an extended sump, nitto oil pump, ross/prp trigger kit, plazmaman plenum, head machined for bigger cams etc etc. At the end of the day, I have to work with what I have and I think (for me) this is the best path. Back on the build, I picked up a genuine spoiler for 350 so I feel lucky! Its in shit condition but I've started sending it already. Once the car is mechanically complete, im giving myself a $2k budget to perfect the interior.

Hi mate, I think we are using the hicas lines for either feed or return im not sure but i know we are also using -8 lines. Im buying the same injectors as well. What power have you made with your set up? My set up will be exactly like yours?

Update: Picked up some Genuine parts from Nissan today such as radiator upper and lower shroud and the fan ? Will be ordering the FPR2000 next week.

Lets talk about the good old fuel set ups now Learning towards Frenchies twin pump in tank fuel system kit AN8. https://frenchysperformancegarage.com/collections/nissan-skyline-r32gt-r/products/r32gt-r-twin-pump-in-tank-fuel-system-kit-an8 with 2x Walbro 460's. Power goal with e85 is 450-480kw. 25/26psi maximum boost. I'm happy with 500hp on pump fuel and im sure we will hit that power level with the current set up.

I was going to get Platinum pro but my tuner recommended to get Elite2000 at least, as Haltech will not bring out new updates for the platinum pro. So ill be getting Elite 2000 as that is what I can afford to get atm. It is already hard building a car like this (especially when you have a family), I do appreciate the great advice from many of the experienced workers, however if you dont have the funds to get the "best" you just cant get it, simple. I have to stick to my plan and do what I can to get the car finished and finally drive it and enjoy as it'll be my first time driving a GTR.

he doesnt have a tuning set up. He would only recommend who he trusts for tuning and then it is up to the customer to decide.

Appreciate the advice mate. Im not building a 1000hp set up. Its only a 600-650 on e85 set up so I'm not that fussed about using the best.

I would either go with Ross or Platinum. Probably Ross as I know they both do the job anyways. Was actually going to get the Ross Balancer as well but ended up getting ATI.

There's a lot of things I want to do but due to the funds I can only do what is a must to have. I know many cars not running a crank trigger set up but saying that I do want to get the set once I have funds maybe after the build is complete
