  1. ?? Still unanswered.
  2. Ok kool. Do they use a restrictor type bleed valve stock? I thought when he said intake he ment post turbo. Couldnt he get stock boost just goin feed to actuator and bypassing the bleed valve?
  3. I dont know the gtr vac lines stock setup but why does the t piece have top one to inlet, mid to turbo outlet and bottom to wastegate. I would have thought it needs only one signal feed and used 2 internal waste gate actuators.
  4. Thanks. Shame i didnt see these replies before the last thread. They are decent replies and deserve a thanks.
  5. Deadset every one of you are pullin each others fat ones except nismo 2.5. Lost the argument picks on gramar. [emoji106] Looks like someone has somthin on thier mind adams15 Mlr Considering you were the only one to notice i was using a dc voltmeter on an adc current im surprised your going my gramar too! Brunby i havent been but look at gts boy eat his words and lik ur ass at the same time... so good to see he can understand someone so easy without being an overcorrective keyboard warrior. Gts boy The fact you deny to know what i mean when i post shows that your answers cant be right not that your facts are wrong but its like fundementals go over your head because ur heads so far up ur ass. Just cause ya have a lil troll online gangbang group goin does not mean that people read this and agree with you! Ben the valves leak when in regular use. To stop it they need to be cleaned or replaced often , how many boxs do you want? I have tried to be nice to you earlier brad but you make it so hard so instead the last thong i ever wanna say to to you is, and im saying it -..." Im sorry and i apologise that you cant grasp the idea that you may have missed somthing. Good luck in life dik head i realy hope god has mercy on your soul for all the arrogance that spills from you." Im not going to post back in this thread because it is pointless after most the trolls that want to rape me have shown who they are in one thread together and pfft to ya fools. Wisdom and intellect go hand in hand but are not the same. Sight and insight are different too incase that slipped in you ass too. And for the record im not from morwell i think its a hole too. Peace out or sit on it! Tevs ya want.
  6. Yes it can be. He didnt have a breather at first and blocked the pvc. And yes he had corrected it before i even said. Are you triping ben? The smoke was because the oil got sucked. Not because it was blown out or it would had have shitter compression than a perfectly stable one across em all. Aswell as he added the breather and it stopped. Ya see that valve ya love to think works perfect all the time does not and it still allows some boost leakage that also can help reduce the engines vacum when so. Not its intention as its actualy the opposite. But during boost transition it can buger up and even if it sealed for boost , when open OFF BOOST will have a vacum speed far less than and a more stable flow rate than a setup that rips only to the turbo as oil surge being eaten seems to coincide with a spool up surge not so much off boost or at high boost in this instance. I dont believe its HIS blow by.....maybe for others. Seeing as he added a breather to the can and it stoped the issue.
  7. And there you are proven my rant. Trying to put words in my mouth. Funny how you 2 both change the point everytime you get slaped from me. I think your a dikhead too gts boy ya shclub. Go convince more people they need a dyno tune ya fool. And ben enjoy your life of being an ignorant ass likin karnt. I cbf with you 2 trolls. Oh and brad you started being a karnt to me first by not taking the time to understand me. And ben you are just a farkwit tryin to rouse people up for no reason. Not all readers see every post yas make to me and it shits me yas make out im the bad guy when its you 2 and dosepipe stutering stu that cant stop being overly corrective karnts without great insight to point at hand and never wanna face the music. And go ahead put words in my mouth again show people you are more retarded than me. The farkin valves leak most the time
  8. Anyone done this? ^ Im a slap it in me vl and was wondering if anyone has used the rb30 auto box on an rb25neo to avoid complications with speedo , tail shaft and diff. I read the manual flywheels are different sizes and change the starter location slightly to suite.. is it true and is it the same with the autos? I do have the 25de auto box still on it! Just pondering if its gonna be better bang for buck as i have the rb 30 auto too but not the apropriate diff nor tail shaft and speedo drives for the 25box in the vl. I have the mounts and and both standard tail shafts to get one built when i can afford to if needed. Maybe some 31 players will chime in.. .....
  9. I think.. To much vacum to the motor! Pcv or vacum breather setup. As you now see. Is that filter on the inlet side of the turbo? It looks like its on the boost feed nipple to the actuator wich is on the turbo outlet side and would cause a giant boost leak. Where is the waste gate feed active nipple ?
  10. Lean pop hey! Thatl heat shid up![emoji3455][emoji95] Do you have a wideband o2? Any more mods you missed? If it pops some more maybe close the plug gap a lil more. I run .07~.08 it helped me when i had my spark blowing out at 17psi (stock ecu) ^ ???????????????? Mwahahahahaha. Cause i did!
  11. [emoji87][emoji23]Bahahaha better stock up on em. They all leak a bit once being used regular and as stated i didnt refrence boost because it wont matter unless the hose is increaed diameter. The max flow rate of the hose will be acheived regardless of boost lvl. You guys are clutchin at straws. Why dont you just admit that you are trolls and not tuners. *rant Never do you try to see the light but try to decay mine with what you see as light comin out your buts. You guys always want me to bend backwards and bow to your wisdom but cant even take any aboard yourselves ..only try again and again to make out your clever by speilin off crap and not paying attention to the point that might i add you guys generaly bring up. Why couldnt ya say that the voltage i read was an alternating dc current forming a frequency? Why couldnt you see i obviously have my car idling on a xlosed loop map with the stock ecu? Why cant you see that you contradict yourself whilst sucking up to oneanother for backup over and over and over but still you cant see where why ot what the hell you are ment to be discussing to understand next because your so caight up on being right that you end up wrong. And im not saying you give wrong information cause you guys are correct when you say most of what you do...but you guys say it with out thought and earely timed to justify each other or yourself about the information yas are supllying and never opening your eyes past your correctivness to see the issues that you have created by flooding info without insight into peoples problems becuase ya know alot of shit but think everyone else is dum as shid and ya just wont take the time to understand before you go ahead correcting whats apparently wrong again causing a viral loop of B.S all to endup being told this shit again. Pull ya farkin heads in. I dont care if i look a fool im not a tuner just a redneck car hacker. You are the apparant tuners use your knowlege wisely dont just piss it everywhere cause ya think it looks great!
  12. Well about knowing nothing ummm you were wrong about me being wrong but im getting used of that from you. If you couldnt pay for em what would you do? Also if it was i ...in your shoes well im in vic you sa but id go to a wreckers like pinch a part and pocket em whilst buying somthing i can flog on gbay like a gm map sensor. They probably wouldnt even charge for em. And if you say they wont be found i beg to differ. But im glad they were what you need. Just trying to show you that the box is bigger than you see sometimes. Also its good to look outside it cause sometimes ya drop shid that dont seem important but is. Also rules dont apply to experiments just the knowledge of the experiment does if you have that.. How did they tune cars before pc to ecu and dynometer technologies? Dont bother gtsboy cause its just another window of opportunity for you to understand how i see it... not a real question.
  13. The oil drain at the back is extra safety for when the oil builds in the back of the head from g force and high rpm, its basically just another path for the oil to return to the sump, allowing more flow back to the sump from within the engine is better than filling the can but either is good both better. Im a cheap arse so if i did this i would just add an angled niple to the welsh plug instead of replacement with some expesnive junk flash eyecandy that never gets seen cept by you or a mechanic. But thats tour xhoice atm! Do the restricters 4sure. They are ment for moments like this.
  14. Especialy will need em if you have an uprated oil pump
  15. Actualy i stated high rpm not high boost just incase there was someone reading that runs n/a and is just looking at breather setups online and if you think a pvc is air tight your wrong they leak past the valve under boost most the time and have suction applied on the otherside. It can even be the problem for some people with oil coming out the top.
  16. Why i stated its dangerous if over size! Yes it uses maps that cant be corrected perfectly. But can still be managed. Not every one can afford an aftermarket ecu and a tune. Stock ecu has some leeway, I always heard the stock ecu runs a bit rich especialy when boost is uped. The inlet sucks at high rpm through the rockers and the pcv and will be first limited by the hose connecting the inlet and its max flow rate. Regardless of where its sucking from it wont change much at high rpm unless the hose diameter has been uped. There will be more o2 less fumes entering using a vent in the setup. The extra res isnt much but can be that lil bit more some people need to avoid fuel cut or get that extra psi. Closed loop driving will self correct and will be helped from the reset. Similar to puting a better turbo on the same tune... the car would do better with a tune but hey if ya cant ya cant. And boost transition is actualy the most dangerous area with a mod like this! Maps are stable and can be corrected using manual overides. I gaurantee that not everyone can magically get a tune and ecm! They would rather spend fark all and gain just a lil. Theres a scale people use some times... Its called- is it worth it... Some people can pay $20 for the right 4 nuts cause they can others find what else works for as lil as possible and go with it. If i could get the newest ecu and a dyno tune done every post i make i would. Who wouldnt.
  17. It will change what the maf sees so do a reset if your on the stock ecu.(4 other readers) This will also extend maf res [emoji3166][emoji1782] by causing an air leak post maf pre turbo. Can be dangerous if over size. Can increase fuelcut limit of boost. A wee bit.
  18. You should be able to run a breather on the can and still have a vacum from the can to the intlet pre turbo post maf. That way it still sucks the fumes away but now wont over apply vacum to cam covers.
  19. Rather buy another skidline thanks though.
  20. Sorry i ment the car?
  21. How much did it cost?
  22. The idle being rough is odd. Fix that and you may get a bit of power back. Probs somthin easy. Realy gotta rev the n/a for some power but dont kill it. Reasearch oil control! If ya gonna give it a hard time. Not a big deal bein n/a as long as oil is picked up during extended gforce at high rpm. Plenty of peeps turbo high comp n/a motors this requires a remap or aftermarket ecu and some other upgrades like fuel pump , fuel regulator , injectors, manifold ect... And for it to be a long lasting one they basicly modify the motor to suite valve springs , cams , pistons ect... So it usualy works out cheaper to buy a turbo car that is already designed to run boost. With the right tools and right materials we can make anything is possible. With the wrong tools and wrong materials we learn whats right the hard way!
  23. Did they help? If not Try pulling out your ac fuse and see if it changes anything.
  24. Was the old motor using that radiator...did that one blow the head?
