  1. so since this rear diff in the car is the stock gt version would it be considered the "open type" diff? so this would be compatible? doesn't list r34? I have emailed 8 different performance places that sell lsd, but none really can tell me what the car has. (had same issue with getting proper coilovers for a 98 er34 25gt) would some part of the vin tell me exactly what the rear is? https://www.ebay.com/i/372958523222?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-213727-13078-0&mkcid=2&itemid=372958523222&targetid=4580840327039639&device=c&mktype=&googleloc=&poi=&campaignid=301076556&mkgroupid=1235851265215130&rlsatarget=pla-4580840327039639&abcId=1129776&merchantid=51291&msclkid=3401dc74086f178299f382b3e5315970
  2. engine has been swapped and is currently a RB25DET (turbo)
  3. also would a LSD center carrier listed for a GTT fit in a GT?
  4. looking for a LSD 1.5 way for a stock 98 25GT skyline, any suggestions or anyone have one installed, likes and dislikes, better to go aftermarket or source a complete rear diff from a GTT?
  5. any info appreciated
  6. just found a thread on here about it, very informative
  7. so an adjustable wastegate would be the better way to go or a manual boost T setup? instead of a wire connection change? my first turbo setup I've ever owned so please forgive if questions seem dumb
  8. I did google and msn search this and came up with nothing.
  9. looking to find the paint code for the original wheels on a 99 gtr thanks
  10. possible to locate a boost sensor and wire in?
  11. I find this info on line in a few spots claiming a wire connection change will change standard boost limit, but can any confirm that this is true and any pic or help if it is true? thanks info below Standard Boost is 2 stage. 0.5 bar until NVCS (about 4.5k revs), then 0.7 bar until 7k rev standard rev limit. This helps maintain fuel economy and keeps it drivable in slow traffic, the stage 2 boost option is usually the first thing an RB25 tuner will do and makes an easy power gain. The mod involved quite simply cutting the black wire on the solenoid and connecting this to ground on the car body, forcing the car to stay in stage 2 boost all the time. There are plenty of detailed step by step instructions around in our forum, and many popular skyline forums out there
  12. anyone with a R34 skyline that has the naca style stock vent in the hood, would like to know the vent sizes and location, thanks

  16. hello all, question: I am putting a stock dash triple gauge assembly from a gtt into a gt. this gt already has the rb25det engine in it. so my question is what wiring connections and other need to be connected to and from what , or how is a stock gtt connected to these gauges, to get these three gauges to operate? thank you
  17. hi, not a newbie, but trying to figure out best way to get the word out there for other users, who abuse the selling items section, will claim to have the part, even send pics, take your money, and then never send you the product or respond. any suggestions on where to post this info?
  18. do not buy an item from jdmkid32, he will take your money and not send the item.

  20. 1998 skyline GT (not GTT or GTR) 2 door ER34 what type of coilover connection should the coilover have at bottom to attach to this cars stock hub/knuckle /control arm /suspension arm? fork type or eye?
  21. I have a 1998 skyline R34 "standard" (GT or GTS) I believe they are called, it is not a gtt, but I would like to put gtt rotors and calipers on it. if I get a set of good used calipers and rotors would these GTT rotors and caliper components bolt to the stock GT components hub/knuckle etc or would entire caliper mounting hub need to be swapped out to accept mounting of the GTT calipers? also would the current lug bolt pattern be the same so current wheels can be used?
