Currently working through swapping a series 2 rb25det into a r32. I used the full r33 engine and transmission harness for the swap, I had to repin two plugs on the trans harness and currently working on the body harness plugs in the passenger footwell. If you are still working on your swap I would be glad to share what i have done so far.

It is hard to tell for sure from the picture but it looks like a ground wire. I would attempt to follow the wire and see where it goes. On the swap i am working on I believe there is a large ground wire that is bolted to block around the engine mount and connects to a bolt on the side of the front frame rail. When you did the swap did you use the rb25 transmission harness?
