  1. the GT30R and the GT35 both share the same A/R 70 compressor housing the GT3071 uses a A/R 50 which comes in 3inch inlet and 4inch inlet the GT3076R uses a A/R60 anti surge compressor housing there is another version of the 3076 which also uses a a/r 70 compressor housing
  2. still havent got a water cooling unit for my miller machine yet where did u get yours from again? i remember u telling me a while ago but i forgot and cant be bothered searching for it
  3. so basically all you will be doing is buying the turbo just for the housings sounds like alot of money when your going to bin most of the parts may as well buy a decent turbo to start of with

  5. i cant be bothered reading all the reply's but wat i recommend is use A LOT of heat and let it cool down on its own over night dipping it in water after u have heated it up that much isnt a good idea
  6. u can tell the difference between the P11 sr20ve to the P12 sr20v the P11 sr20ve has the injector boss's on the runners and the P12 injector boss's are on the flange

  8. yep ive got my engine together and its fitted into the car along with the fabrication work mines a big mix and match of parts the cylinder head is taken from a X Trail SR20VET cam shafts are taken from a P12 pimera exhaust rocker arms are taken from a P11 SR20ve

  10. think i paid 200buxs and it wasnt to had to get a hold of they are used a fair bit on sr20ve engines
  11. i went with the M3 ITB's purely for its size and the shape of the ports are so similar to the ve ports
  12. im working 2 be doing an ITB + rear wheel drive + turbo inlet manifold for a SR20V soon ill be using BMW M3 throttle body's plan on cutting of the flange and welding on the SR20V flange str8 onto it then put a plenum camber on the other end of it
  13. thats a very good reason when making manifold collectors u dont have much room to work with i just switch to a smaller torch when it comes to manifolds might think about getting a water cooler

  15. the unit i just bought is air cooled i thought about going water cooled but im not on the tig all day the machine gets breaks between welding while im cutting and grinding and or that sort of stuff so i didnt think a water cooled unit was needed i use a lincoln at work and ive only ever used it on stick and when i had a stainless job and had to switch it to tig it just stopped working and i had no out put so when it came time to buy a personal welder i went with kemppi this is the one i use at work got given to me by another working when he became a supervisor ( he no longer needed it because he wasnt on the tools any more ) i love it
  16. i just bought a kemppi welder still waiting for it to turn up my old man was about to hook this new toy up for me its a kemppi welder MasterTig 2300 AC/DC single-phase (inverter) Foot Pedal Control Pulse high frequency cant wait to use it ! ive always wanted a tig welder with pulse and foot control this baby cost me $5000 alot of money but hopefully i can make my money back from it in no time
  17. got an update ive got custom brake lines for it now so they will come with brakes lines
  18. nah they dont come with any brake lines u should still be able to use ur standard lines if not pirtek can make up braided lines for u
  19. i just upgraded to Greddy brakes so i no longer need my R34 GTR brembo brakes heaps of meat on the pads and the disc rotors are slotted items and in very good condition i bought them 2nd but i neva used them myself because my cars of the road getting rebuilt 04301 487 92 im located at NSW, FAIRFIELD but im willing to ship interstate as long as buyer is willing to pay for it inspections are more then welcome place to go to inspect would be POWERTUNE AUSTRALIA in Fairfield http://powertune.com.au/ $2700
  20. if ur gonna use a R33 GTST gearbox u should use a skyline diff as well so ur diff ratio is matched to ur gearbox
  21. looking for greddy type R bov doesnt matter if its 2nd or not as long as its working also doesnt matter if it doesnt come with a flange or not i can make my own
