can sum1 tell me wat a vacuum gauge does? i got a whole bunch of gauges off a mate derno wat this 1 does, ive used some of the gauges in my gtst but id like to have sum in my gts as well, wud it work in the gts? any info wud be much appreciated ta

im not over 25, and i own a gts and gtst both wit full comprehensive, but as i said dads an insurance broker with broking business, got me a good deal, thats a good deal aami got going then, starting wit a rating of 4 nice as ice mate yeah so my insurance for the gtst is actually under my dads name so its only like 1600 or so , if ur gonna get a nice car, dont get third party wat if sum jealous fu-k scratches ur car bad, hows third party gonna help, the guy whos 16, i dont even reccommend going near a skyline till ur on ur greens, a non turbo still pretty powerful lol jkz

my mates dad owns a import business and spare parts yard and he gave me like a whole bunch of gauges, now i know wat all of them do except for the vacuum gauge, can sum1 tell me exactly wat that does? and will it work on my N/A car or am i gonna have to give it away or use it just becoz it lights up LOL

lol howd u get a rating of 4 so fast? how many years have u had full comprehensive cover for? to get that rating? im paying 2K full comprehensive its cheap becoz my dads an insurance broker and he cut a deal for me and ive never had insurance before so its pretty damn cheap but dude 2.5K still fairly expensive u can get it cheaper from other companies

what would you have to do to the engine before you can run alot more boost? how can i lower my compression ratio... exhaust makes too much noise

nahh i got the whole engine block for 600, i derno if its a good price or a bad price lol, yeah could sell and make gtst faster, but y have 1 skyline wen u can have 2 , 150 aye i should have just hunted around for the bottom end...

yeah , but for a a few months id have to go rb25de head rb30 bottom end, i got no idea wat kinda result that will be, but once the rb26 head arrives torque heaven!! ive already ordered the rb30 cost me like 600 bux its apparently done only 90,000kmz which is freeeking hard to believe but yeah 600 bux is quite cheap i must say

i already have a gtst (also have a gts) ....... how many times have i mentioned that... and yes ive already taken all that into account, and i got a gtst ecu, and some brembos i bought off a mate, was gonna install that into my gtst but didnt need it

wat attitude? im sick of people telling me to sell my project lol telling me to buy a gtst instead, but i already have a gtst lol hmmz swap the badges now thats a good idea as for the other threads, they were either about a engine transplant or just getting ideas on wat to do, i know wat i'll do now tho rb30 bottom end for now and a bit later rb26 head people end up strengthening internals anyway once theyve put on a bigger turbo, it ends up the same really...

yeah hks34r... but leigh got a s1 gts and i aint too sure if it can cope, IMO id rather have good breaks and suspension, becoz with the extra power, who knows

aye dude u can pull a nice healthy 120 - 130rwkw from the gts but takes some diy mods , but if high performance imports did it, then it can be done refer to my thread on GTR engine, sumwhere in there was a guide to how it can be done the gts is still pretty quick, 105rkw stock while a gtst is around 130rwkw stock, its not too bad in comparision

lol ruff estimate i included bigger and better brakes and suspension in that guess, yeah auto's are cheaper, geez 7grand thats pretty cheap, did u need put in new fuel pump and injectors, bigger brakes and better suspension later? wats the difference between the stagea rb25det and the gtt rb25det? is there any difference at all? whats the price of a manual rb25d from a stagea

yeah ive been reading about that it seems really hectic, rb30 bottom end rb26 head been done very nicely by a guy in victoria it think it was he was getting sumwhere around 850kw but thats wit the biggest of hks turbos (single turbo) full worked internals and all, very nice indeed, im not looking for that much power but will definately do some research and see wat can be done. gotta carefully plan this out, slowly work it up etc ta for the info cubes

negative cun ts, geez how easy is it to chuck a rb25det in there and do that up, but wheres the fun in that mate? are u my financial advisor or something? i dont wanna take the easier and cheaper option, coz eventually u'd have to do a strengthen internals anyway, this way ive already strengthened and wont have to worry for a while, as for breaks and suspension ive got spare brembos and stock gtr suspension
