  1. Don’t got the car atm, can take pix when I grab. Maybe r32/r33 have fouling ABS location? I added a photo of the manifold heading if that helps.
  2. About to purchase a manifold for my s2 with Neo, need help identifying if it is ABS or not as there’s either option, cheers.
  3. Did you hear any difference of the turbo spool between the two or better spooling efficiencies?
  4. Yes, I think? Yeah I know cast will hold up longer than stainless, but I don’t mind losing on that part of things if a stainless will cause better flow and increase turbo spool noise.
  5. Has anyone run a stainless steel/welded manifold? I’m planning ahead on a top mount manifold and wanting to choose between cast and stainless. I have local options for quality cast manifolds but I like the look of stainless welded manifolds and don’t mind paying the extra. What I really want to know is would stainless welded manifolds make a louder/clearer turbo spool compared to the all rounded cast iron manifolds? If it won’t really affect the turbo spool I’ll probably just go with the cast iron option if it will only look better as stainless.

  7. So I’m importing a gearbox from aus and I’m in NZ. I’ve gotten a quote from my end because it’s cheaper for shipping and they’re asking for a purge certificate. Does anyone know how the sender will go about getting one?
  8. Just looked up kickdown. It seems like it’s trying to do that but when it happens I’m already at 7000 rpm so why would it do that. Plus does kickdown work in triptonic mode ?
  9. Boosting from 1-2 if I carry on flat footing it it will jump back to 1st gear while I’m boosting it and about to go to the next gear up! The concern is it’s jumping down to first gear for no reason when I’ve already maxed out on that gear I should be on 3rd gear but it jumps to 1st and my revs going shooting to redline.
  10. When using the car in triptonic usually when giving the car some boost it will down shift back down from 2nd to first when I’m already going at like 50 km/h anyone idea why? Shits pretty consistent think my oem turbo is fried cause of this….imagine boosting from 1st to 2nd then it shits itself and drops to 1 ? That’s unhealthy as for the drive line. Any ideas

  14. Retrieved a flat head and turns out the clamps were lose asf. Tightened them and tested no leak. So either clamps loosened over time or my last mechanic didn’t tighten them enough when chucking in my split fires. I’m thinking they couldn’t have left it loose lol. But taking it for a boost tonight and will check if the clamps loosen.

  18. Any idea if this would make car sluggish if it were leaking because I sprayed soapy water on it and bubbles came through when under boost. From neutral

  21. Sweet so my auto ecu will be taken out for a stand alone like link so I don’t need to worry about reverting the nistune ?
  22. If I go with nistune am I able to change my ecu to a link at a later stage or is the nistune a permanent mod?
  23. Can my stock auto ecu be remapped? So basically I need a tunable ecu ?
