Yeah not sure, perhaps Graeme can clarify. I think it falls under effectively controlling the vehicle. What I meant was, it takes 2 seconds to adjust the volume where as smoking you've got something in your hand the whole time, you have to find it, light it, smoke it then butt it. Not a 2 second job. Smokers will disagree but shit hey!

About f**king time. It should be illegal to smoke in a car FULL STOP. You can't eat, talk on a phone, sms, read, drink so WHY can you smoke.

Yes, I've been reading the thread thanks, you may notice my post on the first page I'm sorry but I fail to see how a set of low wattage factory fitted halogen lamps make a difference. The lights here are virtually the same as the R33 S2 (I've owned one). Being factory fitted they are adjusted correctly. They are a much dimmer light than my factory fitted Xeon's - this is the point I was making. How can you say a set of FACTORY driving lights can dazzle you more so that a set of headlights? Non- factory lights - yes I'll agree, they are horrible and can point in literally any direction. And no, I don't ride a motorbike though I do drive at night time..

Haha yes, because I can't see those other cars with my dark tint...lol In some cases, I must admit that it can be tricky at night it low light conditions.

What a joke....seriously!? The S1 and S2 "fog" lights are far from blinding and far from pointing upwards. I honestly can not believe that the TMU are SO f**king petty. It seriously boggles me. The S2 certianly didn't turn on with the headlights, they had to be switched on, perhaps yours have been wired up or might be after market? Hard to tell without a picture. True "fog" lights are yellow. I believe this is because of the the yellow light wavelength and the fact yellow light is absorbed and scattered less by the airborne water particles, so in saying that these cars simply have driving lights. My new Audi has day time running LED's AND driving lights. If I was pulled over and asked to turn them off I'd tell the officer he could blow be if he so desired. I suggest you do the same. /rant
