hey guys, i know this topic was bought up some time not too long ago but im too distraught to go find it. newaiz heres what happened: car was in for new engine @ ice performance and i got it back this morning, with the report that the car was done and complete after a water leak after the new engine was put it. i drove from cheltenham to work at docklands without any hitch but on the way home white vapour was coming out from under the bonnet anc called ice, they said it prob just stuff burning off from the engine like WD-40. driving along some more the car started to stall and oil pressure drop to 0. finally it died without being able to start on princess hwy next to monash uni in caulfiled. investigation led to a coolant leak (?not shure but no coolant in the raidator or reserve so thats my comclusion). called ice and told me not to do nething with the car and to call a tow. did that and it cost me $75 from caulfield to keysborough my house. what i wanna ask is shud i ask for a refund on the towing from ice or shud i b the person that i am and accept it and just be gratful that they're gonnah fix it for me (possibly me having to fork out more ontop of the 2.5K bill for the new engine) whats everyone oppinions?

i think the emulators that you can find online will appeal to u. i found an emulator and roms for nintendo last week, been playing mario bros 3 etc. just got a mega drive (genesis) emulator to play the sonic series all over agen lol

i registered mine no probs, but my ive noticed with the insurence companise they're dodgy, you pay the fees and premiums, but when the time comes and you hit someone (lets hope it never comes to this) and you require a payout, they'll look at the car details and notice that its over the power to weight ratio and wont cover you. Engine/Car: HCR 32 gts-t Type M Rb 20det Type of failure: Bottom end bearings decided to do a jail break from the housing, then ran amock in the bottom end, upsetting mr chrank and left him unsupported and finally he causing it buckle to one side and not not rotate on a tight axis hence killing the whole bottom end... damn end bearings.... Factors influencing the failure: car was sourced from japan, probally ex-drift/circuit due to the components already installed. State of tune of the engine: hks 2530 turb, full 3 1/2" exhaust, nothing else to the engine Suspension and tyres: tien HA coilovers, 16" bridgestone azensis at back, faulken sumthing in the front Oil used and service interval: no idea, when i recieved the car the oil was blacker than a black hole, so reaplaced it with mobile 1, could be bothered trying to find motul at the time. General comments: ok. heres the deal, be carful when you import a car, you've never seen it so you dont know how it looks/perform. my car was seemed a treat going gor 13k with the landed and complied. only after drivig it for awhile did i notice a very very subtle click click click sound coming from the engine bay afta shifting into neutral from mid speed around 60-100. afta a nite out on a friendly cruise and dinner the sound became much worse evolving into a rapid clank clank clank sound. soon lerned that the bottom end bearing wer goners and the crank had no support, GG. this was proabble to crappy oil and harsh treatment back in japan. it wasnt worth fixing the brearings so i decided to get a whole new engine swap, the price i have to pay........

think both.... it would be good to identify objects easier in the nite, but the con i think would be that since its an electronic device, wouldnt it "lag" abit b4 the it comes on the visual for the driver to see and also the screen quality must be quite good since its quite a small screen.... also another project for them in car entertainment tweakers to play with... mb ill watch the game whilst im behind the wheel ey?
