I forgot to mention that if i run the Air Conditioner there car comes good again and doesnt splutter. The tiny little extra bit off load on the engine helps the problem.

My GTR is currently running rough, with hunting idle and coughing and spluttering. I have replaced the fuel pump and spark plugs. Spark plugs were a temporary fix I took i to my mechanic who cleaned and checked the AFM's and played with the fuel pressure. This fixed my car for about 130km and now the problem has come back. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Could it be solved with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator? Cheers

Problem solved. It was my spark plugs being dirty afterall that caused the problem. When i put all the plugs back in and tested the car i still had one of the AFM's unplugged, so today i checked all the cooler piping and replugged the AFM and she is working good as new.

Yeah im sure its oil smoke after the residue it left on my shed floor.
