Interesting. But i first notice the problem just before i got to a servo to fill up from empty and it has gotten worse with the new fuel. Both fill ups were from Mobil. I am running the stock computer

I just cleaned all my spark plugs thoughly and checked over the coil packs and the harness, the problem is still there. I also had a quick look over the cooler piping and couldnt see any pipes off but i need to take of the plastic guarding to see all of it properly, thats for tomorrow night. Im so worried its something engine related (because of the oil smoke) and will be major work to fix, i just spend a shit load on replacing stuffed turbos with my car off the road for 6 months so i can not afford to do any engine work.

Well they are only as old as the coils (about 5000km if that) and are $20 a pop so id rather clean them rather than replace them.

Just took out the spark plugs, they are very dirty, very black. Any easy ways to clean them? Can i just wipe them off with some metho?

Just pulled my coil packs off and they look fine. Im glad considering they are splitfires and have only done approx 5000km, i will be pulling out the spark plugs and cleaning the afm's tomorrow night, and also trying to follow the intercooler piping to see if theres a leak. I think ill need to pull off the front bar to see all the piping though.

Any other ideas? It sounds like a tractor at the moment and isnt drivable at all.

The other day my car started to splutter while driving and i couldnt get power out of it to drive it up my street. So today i swapped over the fuel pump to a new walbro pump to see if thats was the problem but it hasnt fixed it. The car at idle is not stable at all it hunts and stalls if it isnt revved at all, it is also blowing some smoke aswell. I had the turbos replaced a couple of months ago and i havent had any problems until now. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem because i really need my car running 100%.

I forgot to add - Walbro Fuel Pump - 100,000km service performed approx 4000km ago (All new belts,pulleys,tensioners new water pump etc)

I have just installed a Nismo 320km/h cluster into my R33 GTR and i am experiencing a problem with it. All the dials work correctly except for the speedo. When i turn the car on my speedo doesnt work on either the Nismo cluster or my Apexi RSM until im moving at about 40km/h and i press the trip reset button multiple times and it begins to work as normal. Its strange that it stops my RSM from working aswell. Maybe one of the plugs isnt plugged in 100%? Maybe someone has experienced this problem before and can lend some advice what might be the problem.

Im looking at getting an Apexi RSM so i can have a clear reading of speed and RPM on my car since my tacho doesnt work properly. Im just wondering how hard they are to install? And if someone has a guide or info to help and on an R33 GTR would be good aswell. I have done cd players etc in cars before so i have a little knowledge but never anything like this. Do i need to find other wires running through the car to connect to? (not just the wires of the ecu) Any help would be appreciated

Awesome build fellas. I want to do something like this with some mates eventually with an s13 or 180 or similar. The only thing stopping us is the money and most of the know how lol. I look forward to seeing the finished results.
