Ok Now i am REALLY considering going! few questions since i have never visited Japan! things to do would be aus japan 11th in tokyo? automesse 12,13,14 osaka?(basically much bigger version of our autosalon??) How long/far apart are toyko and osaka? Where would i stay for the most part land in toyko or osaka? What else would i be doing apart from sight seeing ? temples lakes moutains etc...what things are a must in japan Speaking no japanese a big issue? how is the shopping? electronics good i take it?! clothes other items? 7-14 days be enough to see enough of the country? any other info i would appreciate guys! cheers!!!

I have been there for a couple years now, and last week was the first car that got stolen, there has been another also recently plus the 5-6 damaged and attemped theft.... other workers who have been there for 20+ years say that this is the first one actually stolen....usually its ppl who dump stolen cars at the airport.... AFP + police + security are upping efforts so hopefully catch these guys....as it is a recent thing of the past 2 weeks! so be careful guys!

congrats on getting it back very lucky! just a heads up... 4-5 skylines have been hit from the long term car park at the melbourne airport! So there is def a group of guys after these cars.... as the bmw's merc's etc etc haven't been touched but skylines wrx's 180's all damaged and or stolen beware guys! seems its been happening at night also i would say after 11pm to 5am T

hey guys, just a heads up that recently about 6-8 cars have been broken into at the Long Tern Car park at melb airport...and they have all been jap cars...so it seems a person or group targeting these cars....so i would avoid parking here until the person /persons are caught! r34 gtt blk broken key barrol plus wires out bonnet up etc 200sx 3 windows smashed plus 1 wrx broken into 1 r33 same 1 r32 gtr same 1 180sx stolen so ye be warned until issue is sorted avoid

good call on your part, having served him at work once...and with another 3-4 customers around...when it was time for him to leave he called over his bodyguard(who is also his driver) and dropped the f bomb a few times and a few other choice words....ahahahah we were all trying hard not to laugh....as he left i go "seeya chop" and he left and we all cracked up laughing he is basically as you see him in the movie! beat up blue vn from memory? uncle chop chop! nitey nitey shazza

i think you might have to post pics of yours now....to compare.... So about 80 built and 2 in the same thread wow ...what are the chances..sorta like buying a new top and going out and seeing another guy wearing it and thus wrecking your night! i can also think of another r1 r34 from memory being for sale on carsales awhile ago...

black on black looks the goods! back to the ball park figure...lets pretend a nice vs2 goes for around 70k ish landed on the road here...then add a $30k ish engine and what ball park are we talking? just curious to see for how much extra $$ you could get a nice vs2 with an R1 inside...??? Cheers

sat nite 8pm ish about 50-100 bikers driving up over the westgate bridge....doing as they plz....and owning the road plus a R32 gtr wit a chiki babe driving...also on the westgate bridge the same time as the bikers..were cutting loose.....

i finally found a couple Z tune 's (autoart) in 1/18 size and nothing cheaper then $150 ...your right they aint cheap! anyone know of a better price? or anywhere in melbourne i could go and try get a better price and have a look see? cheers T also the autoart mad max 2 car is a Machine!!!

M spec , stands for Man spec, basically meaning its the more manly of the 2 between a nur/m spec ... as it comes with heated leather seats and a few other bits and pieces which are aimed more for a man...rather then a boy (racer)....

Hey beer baron, first off car looks great... How were your dealings with mark hocking? have you used his services b4 to import a car? i was curious as in a couple editions of HPI they pretty much say he is the best there is when it comes to importing a car from japan. Also curious to what the end product cost you to bring over ? if you dont mind listing the total cost to get in up and running in NSW So now you have a R32 and R33 GTR on a nice cool sunday morning which car gets first choice to hit the street? T

Why would you put another Turbo on it when it has a factory one already? i was just tryn to make the point with a few nice mods....better aftermarket parts it would sound alot better...hopefully.... Cheers

Looks good i think, not as bad as some of those first proto types and some of those other ugly pics of the "next GTR" althou it does remind me of a 350z but much more aggressive and "TUFF" still early days....didnt sound that fantastic but im sure with a zorst fmic and some mild mods would do the Business!!
