  4. It'll run anything you throw at it.
  5. If the filings got into the engine itslef, then any number of things might have happened. It'll act like sandpaper going thru the engine. Scouring/Scratching of the cylinder walls would be the big one. Especially if the metal was small enough to lodge between the piston and the block. If you start using a lot of oil/low on compression, then this would be the tell tale sign. Who knows the damage done.
  6. Where are you located in brisbane? I'm interested in the BOV.

The bottom end after much research is good for 500hp. And will do it every day all day, as long as you keep the revs down. The engine has just less then 4000km since rebuild. It is no slouch as proven by my Quarter Mile time. And is an excellent base to work on. With Fueling mods, ECU and new turbo, you can have a 400awhp daily driver. What you get when you buy the car. All my spares as found here. Another set of stock ST185 rims with dunlop tires. And anything i havn't mention. Price: $14,990. I realise that this is steep. But for the car, the engine, and all the spares I think it is resonable. I am losing money on this car, with over $10k spend thus far in just upgrading and repairing it. BUT i am open to Reasonable offers. If you have the money, you can buy the car. The car will be sold with RWC unless otherwise organised. I am in no hurry or rush to sell the car. If you are in brisbane, i will help you with upgrading the car if you are serious. Contact: You can PM me here, or ring me on 0417 761 995. I will not tolerate tire kickers, test drivers or eBay bids. I'm a serious Celica enthusiast, and would much like to see the car sold to someone who will continue my original dream of 400awhp daily driver. Regards, Richard
  15. Be very close to redline i'd think. You would need a large displacement engine, or hi revving engine to use this puppy.
  16. and is that core size or the total size?
