Hey guys, My rb25det gearbox is making a weird noise, only in 1st gear just as you release the clutch. It’s not grinding the gear, or grinding going in. It’s more like a dry bearing noise, but it will only happen as you release the clutch, and only in 1st gear. We had the same problem with my fathers Porsche, and the throw our bearing ended up literally exploding inside. Could I have the same issue? (my throw out bearing isn't really noisy, it has just started to make a very faint sound though) I’m running an OS twin plate which needs to be replaced due to it slipping, but wont have the new clutch for another 3 weeks. The problem only started 3 or 4 days ago, could the fact the twin plate is stuffed course this kind of weird noise?

Like I said in Whore-Land, I looked at an ML and a Range Rover – You don’t honestly think I’m paying 100% cash? Bugger that when I can write almost the whole lot off. I’m doubtful scottman got the loan for tax reasons; nonetheless I don’t understand how a loan makes some one “lesser”.

Awesome car, but for the same price some one could have bought the Garage Endless R32 (before it was stolen obviously), with N1spec R33 motor, Trust gear-set and all the other goodies… Something to think about if you can’t sell it. *Note not debating price just making comment seeing this car has been forsale for a while.*

This is in fact the car that stared in the 'Chilli Eat-Off' movie. Very rare chance to get such an awesome car like this, that’s stared in its own movie. This is a once in a lifetime chance!

It should fit with minor mods. But the center hoop will be in the middle of the rear door, as its mean't for a 2dr car. Not really a huge deal if you have no back seat, or don't wish to have people in the back. *note* I'm not 100% sure.. This is from my own findings when I had a 4dr.

Minor car park marks and so forth. Other Comment's about the vehicle: Excellent daily driver/run around car. Bought for a daily hack around Noosa, $30’s to fill the fuel tank around 500 to 600kays per tank. New CV joints, front brake pads, near new tires, 6month old 8mm Top Gun leads. Very reliable see’s Noosa to Gold Coast and Noosa to Brisbane trips often, never let us down. Body is clean, minor marks, nothing serious, GTI boot wing, clean trim: some wear on tear on carpets IE: couple of little hole’s. Seats are in good con, minor watermarks from when the window’s where left down. Selling due to needing a 4 door executive car for work (Unfortunately The Porsche doesn’t meet this need) and no longer needing an economical daily driver. Otherwise it would be kept. The rims also come in 5 stud. I used the same for a set of slicks.

Having had two R32’s one with a sunroof and one with out, both had coilovers (Teins in non sunroof and Apexi’s in the sunroof car) I myself would get the non-sunroof car. I found with mine the sunroof’d R32 flexed A LOT more under stress IE: mountain runs, drifting ect. And due to age the sunroofs tend to leak. In saying that though, the black car is cleaner and has less kay’s.

Wouldn’t you much rather be 17, and be on your first day of P plates to drive around all the campbelltown chicks :Pimp2:
