my car only has a a 3" front pipe and dual cat back sys and im not surprised that stock as a rock lines will probably beat me....though no one has yet:D:D i find that with the exhaust u loose the kick when the boost hits at 2.5k but when it hits the 5k mark when full boost is on then its a different story:D are u planin to run 9-10psi mupkant?? apparently u can get about 9psi by just gettin a full exhaust system??

haha...yeah..when i first saw these on my wheels instead of the potenzas that were originally on there before compliancing..i was like wtf??nangkang what the hell is that!! anyways went shoppin around and found myself some kummo's and tornados for around $140bucks each they are both silica based too which is good i think. i assume these are decent brands yeah??

sorry....u hold shift instead of alt to select more and u go into image/adjust/hue saturation. heres something i prepared earlier:D:D

wat u do is go into photoshop...select the circle marquee and go over the rim. by pressin alt i think a plus sign should pop up on the mouse and u can select the other wheel. then go into edit/adjust/hue saturation and the play around with the bars....aint that hard...have fun!!

extatic - yeah your absolutely right about that mate. when i mentioned cheap i didnt mean cheap and nasty per-say but more along the lines of decent and afordable. i remember seeing a thread before the data loss about discounted/cheap tyre places in melb...thats where the word cheap came in:D:D strutto - yeah ive only tried handbrakies about 4 times in the wet....couldnt get a hang of it so i gave up. handbrakies should produce flat spots on both tyres....but not in my case. R34GTT - i sense a hint of sarcasm there...hehe. yeah ive had these ever since the car landed and was complied which coincidentaly is about 3yrs now:D:D trust me...theres no camber!! Autotrust- thanks....second hand tyres are an iffy for me...might appear good but u just dont knwo the history of it. but ill definitly be checkin it up when its time to go to those full-lock classes next yr:D:D

i almost got myself into trouble last nite at about 3am on springvale rd infront of the glen. saw there was alot of water on the road but a small truck was driving thru so i decided to give it a go in my mums 02 corolla. drove a third of the way thru and thought to myself "what have i got myself into". the water level started at 30cm deep then right in the middle got to about 70cm....when i saw one of those garbage bins floating on the road, thats when i started to shiit myself:D kept the revs up so water wouldnt get up the exhaust and stall the engine and somehow got out. just hopin theres no damage to the engine itself.

no its not usual is it. theres no camber on the car ...its stock ride height. just strange also taht its only happened to the left rear wheel. the right is fine. another theory is that i might have got a flat spot on that part a while back...and over time its just gradually broke apart so should i replace the other rear tyre also?? the tyres are nangkang by the way.

i think its from my lame attempt at driftin...lolz. and spinin out with the brakes on i guess. wheres the tyre factory??

hey guys got my hands on the subaru upper engine cleaner. need to find myself a "convenient vacuum hose from intake manifold". can anybody tell me where it is. ive attatched two pics to where i think its located. cheers mooks

check this out guys...finished changin my oil yesterday and decided to take it for a quick spin up and down westall rd. came back in 5 mins went in the house and my lil sis says theres a hissin sound commin from the tyre. went out had a look, stuck my finger in and found this. am i lucky or what that this didnt pop when i was on the freeway?? waste of a perfectly good tyre:D anyhoo's dont know squat about tyres, any recomendations for decent affordable tyres(for stock rims). should i go out and replace the other rear tyre aswell?? now wheres that bloody thread gone for cheap tyre places in melb:D:D

Yeah my younger bro got some shiit in the mail regardin the new changes. sucks balls if u ask me. next they'll be askin u to stick huge magnet P plates on ur doors and a reflector flag on ur arial.

i was also lookin at a flexi joint front pipe when i was doin mine, but the guy that i ended up goin to said that u only really need the flexi joint if ur engine is mounted across the engine bay( as in not stright the middle but 90deg from wheel to wheel if u get what i mean) and if ur engines pullin huge hp due to the way the engine twists under load. then again i only drive a gtst and not a gtr:D:D maybe i should shut up now..lolz
