Sh1t, these are so damaging for every aspect of your car, but I want one sooooo bad!!! My question is can they be turned off for when you want to only hammer your car and not kill it.

They're actually very expensive due to number of people who have small front end prangs and require new reo. Importers take advantage of this and charge what ever they like and you never see any in the private forsale section of this forum for this reason. You're better off to just leave, unless you've got fulll comprehensive insurance in which case it needs to be fixed or the insurance company will not pay out your money if you crash.

DIY is the answer, just use silcon bends so no bending of pipes is required, then buy a number of lengths of 2 1/2" steel piping and pvc piping, use pvc as trial then when its right cut the steel piping to the same lenghts.

Why not just see what other people have been successful with and use that as a guide. There are that many different factors effecting the effeciency and output of a turbo it would be very hard for anyone without a good knowlege to calculate this.

A stock dump pipe flows the spent exhaust gases from the turbo and wastegate through the exhaust system (cat, resonator, muffler etc), the screamer pipe directly vents gases from the wastegate into the atmosphere. I'm guessing you have stock internal gate turbo, so you can have a screamer pipe but it requires a partition between turbine wheel housing and the wastegate for seperate dump and screamer. Advantages of a screamer pipe: THEY'RE FUGGIN COOL!! and get they the attention of everyone when the wastegate cracks open at full boost, they also reduce turbulence and backpressure in exhaust system. Disads: Illegal, very loud

I'm after around 240kW at approx 18lbs with fuel pump, avcr, pfc, z32 afm, slide hiflow, fmic, 3" exhaust, filter and possibly cam gears and cams. So besides an fpr being dodgy way of fixing fuel probs the injectors are going to run out flow anyway. Thanks, thats exactly what I was looking for. Anyone else wanna add some more sites with hi-flow injector prices and info?

No one would want stock 33 injectors. Nismo injectors are over priced, I'm looking for a cheaper option.

Is high flowing standard injectors a better option than replacing with aftermarket items or s15 injects? Also what's the max standard r33 (gts25t of course) injectors can be high-flowed to? (I'm expecting to need around 500cc injectors) Cheers, Brett

Yes, you do have to trim the reo because there isn't 75mm clearance between the reo and the thermo

I'd say it helps build pressure in the turbine by restricting the amount of wasted gas that can be released out of the exhaust system (up to the point where the valve is activated and allows full flow of exhaust gases), therefore spooling the turbo up quicker and it would be used on a laggy system. My guess anyway.

Any way story is one late night I was being tailgated by what I thought was just some arsehole in a commodore, so I do the natural thing and boost it away from there (don't know how fast I ended up going, not enough numbers on the speedo) and the car disappears behind me. Unluckly/lucky for me I get stopped at a red light, the car behind me catches up and almost locks his brakes up to stop, its at this time I see at the well lit intersection thats its an undercover cop. he followed me for a further 200m and finally puts his lights on (me going like 50km/h shitting myself). I get out and talk to him and he says 'I've got a fare idea of how fast you were going back there' and i'm there appologizing and shaking and he says 'It was 100km/h, thats 40km/h over the legal speed limit' he then said aftersome time of giving me a talking to 'things could have been a whole lot worse for you if had not been stopped by the red light, because I have your number plate and the speed you where really going and you would have recieved a phone call early tommorow morning to come down to the station' so yeah I'm happy that nice cop let me go with a fine for 100 in a 60 and I have learn't my lesson without going to jail yay.

I have for sale 1 new K&N panel filter for r32,33,34 skyline and others. This item cost me $125 with reciept as proof, I'm willing to sell for $95 inc post Australia wide. These filters in the original airbox provide better performance than a shrouded pod filter.

As for abs it was optional in all 95 model cars and did not come as standard equipment, also saying that having abs is not an advantage, it inhibits maximum braking situations and just adds weight and clutter to the engine bay. Correction Looks white, its actually silver. most older imports come with a matt colour under the bonnet and that's why it may look different.
