sorry if i sound like a prick but do you really think a 15yr old engine is going to hold up well? (if u had a gtr would you drive it only to the shop and back? i dont think so the car could have been trash its engine out you dont know)

darrinspencer, my point is that the condition of the cars will be very poor, and im pretty sure it isn't worth wasting you money on, as you would need to fix so many things. Also just wanted to point out that the car would need to be stored in jap, untill it could be import and sometimes the cars get damage (broken into), i remember this one member of the fourm who had his rims stolden and windows smash when his car was in stored. Just tring to say it isn't as easy as it look , alot of things must be taken into account when buying a cheap gtr (or any cheap car)

also if you didn't know 15yr old cars can not be import as soon as 2004, u have to wait till the month it was produce therefore a dec 89 gtr can only be import in dec of 2004
