been around since the late 80's and still going strong now, and has a relative large market overseas (us, europe, south-east asia area)
If i remember right; If the check engine light comes on straight away its due to the boost controller setting in the pfc being turn on; go into the setting on the h.c and you can turn it off.
I install a pfc in a mates r33; it was doing similar things yours was doing i reset it and did the idle setup (let it run 10mins without aircon on then 10mins with aircon on) and it still hunted abit in the idle, he went and got it tuned and it fixed all the problems of the idle.
If you don't have the H/C you will have to wait, as in the hc you will be able to see if it is setup for stock afm and injectors etc
pair if i remember, unless you can find a BEE-R distributor in Sydney, or else you looking direct from japan.
the price i listed of $700 is the cost in directly from bee-r in japan does not inc shipping and fees to get it into australia

after having another look at it tonight, it looks to be that the hole is threaded due to a incorrect pitch on a bolt used
looks like i will need to tap the hole :@
Hi,
I'm having an issue with my exhaust manifold leaking, at 1st i through it was due to my manifold being warp but i had a closer look today and it looks like when my exhaust manifold was removed the rear stud snapped off and was replaced with a bolt, the pitch of the bolt was too small and has threaded the hole.
What i need to know is what is the std size of the studs? and what is the size i need to retap/thread the hole with now? And also what stud can i use in the new hole?
any other related help would be great also
Thanks Michael
Hey,
does anyone know where you can buy exhaust manifold studs from in Perth? I know i should be able to get them from north-side Nissan but its to late to call them today and check if they have them in stock, and if by chance they don't does anyone know where i could get some? (only after 1)
Its for an rb25det S1 R33.
engine finally back together but we found that the manifold is wrap so need to take it off and replace it or machine it, also need to make up a catch can too.
needs a tune asap, stock pfc map, 5000rpm limiter, and used 40L of fuel in 163km lol
its takes afair bit of work to organized everything for an event like motorvation, and as mention before you need to get your enters in early. The SAUWA committee does a great job but they do have day jobs; so its not always easy to enter every event
