  1. The dustiest pads I have had are the bendix ultimates
  2. I just had ferodo DS2500 + DBA slotted rotors put on the fronts - $292 for the pads from Perth Brake Parts. So far very happy with them... no noise and very responsive! I will see how I go with this new found braking sensitivity at AutoTest Easter Sunday..
  3. Hi - welcome to the forums. We actually have a spotted thread for these sorts of things. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...&start=8460 Thread closed.
  4. I'll give you $150 for the rims with or without the tyres. They'll be going in the bin anyway.
  5. This topic has been covered a billion times before. USE THE SEARCH FEATURE. Thread closed
  6. Lucy - I AGREE!!! There is this tool who I always seem to get stuck behind going to work... he drives a hyundai terracan or something shit like that and he never looks when he changes lanes. He has nearly taken me out about 6 times in the last few months. Whats worse is when they drive along like nothing happened.... umm hello you nearly just ran someone off the road you stupid prick!
  7. As Hypnotik said - he has made his decision.... Thankyou to those who gave useful input to this thread. Thread closed.
  8. Employers that promise you the world so you don't resign.... then after the other opportunity as passed they turn around and say 'yeah we're not going to go down that path now'. One word - C*NTS
  9. SAME HERE!
  10. I saw the news and the 'organiser' said the trouble was caused by a few gatecrashers who weren't invited. ROFL..... ummm last I checked the internet was public.
  11. I dont think the cops like it when someone throws a bottle at them. I think it might all be on channel 7 tonight.
  12. Nathan - its a thread for ideas yes... not to spend 2 pages discussing the planning and final details of an event.
  13. I am sure they will have documentation on it - ask them to mail it to you.
  14. Why dont you just ring DPI and ask?
  15. Guys - please take this discussion about SupaGolf to a new thread or offline.
  16. ROFL - except My Hankey is more appealing to look at
  17. A bit off topic - but a cop is always a cop... as in they can still deal with you when they are off duty. They just get your details and send you a summons later.
  18. Old irrelavant thread.. closed.
  19. Stupid young dickheads in VT commodores. They all have them because they are so cheap now - and NO they aren't cool. Had a lovely experience with a group of losers in a black one last night... tried to race me at the lights and I didn't bite so the people in the car started throwing glass bottles out the windows into the path of my car. Next set of lights I gave them a serving.... and they called me a sl*ut! hahaha They will be removed from the gene pool soon enough. If anyone sees black commodore 1BZI 328.... you know the drill
  20. Ring REVS and find out? 1300 304 024 The Western Australian REVS site is https://bizline.docep.wa.gov.au/revs/ Go to this link and you can do your own search https://bizline.docep.wa.gov.au/revs/public...ch.cfm?search=1 Although the online search just tells you it is encumbered. You still need to ring to find out the other details. You need rego, VIN, Engine number. Anyone else need spoon feeding? You have the information you need. Thread Closed.
  21. I got burnt by this once.... DEFINITELY ring REVS... and as the others said you write out a cheque to her finance company and the rest to her. Even if the amount of the car is LESS than the amount she owes, the finance company will still release the encumberance on the car if the cheque is written out to them. REVS will advise you on how to proceed anyway so take their advice. Although - I wouldn't suggest doing Arkon's 2nd suggestion, as I did this and the guy nicked off to the UK and my car was repossesed because he didnt pay out the loan. But it was the letter that enabled me to charge him with fraud and get my car back. BUT you don't want to go down this path... Trust me... it was messy.
  22. I dont think they are different, but they have to be stamped as meeting Australian standards. They check for that at the pits when you get your car complied... so I assume it means you could get a yellow for it as well.
  23. You're buying tyres from a US site.. are they to Australian standard?
  24. There have been other threads on this in the past.... Please use the search feature. rim repair - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=123430&hl= Smash repair - http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=154030&hl= Thread closed
