  1. I believe it's a cpu mapping change.... It happen's when the AFM sesnor's the "foot flat" aspect and changes air fuel ratio's..... why it does it after 5500 rpm i dont know.... Might have to consult a nissan engineer..... where ever they are....
  2. I think a torquier set up on a gts-t is better, especially if its always street driven. :werd:
  3. ME = Nearly stock (pod filter).... everything factory... get Owned by everyother skyline... infact by most imported car's.... but exhaust on way and boost controller etc so not for long...
  4. i'd buy a second hand or reco'd radiator and get the welsh plug fixed... you can warp the gasket.... but i dont think your car is getting hot enough to do that.... but act on it asap cause the longer you leave it the more damage that can happen later... and the more you "get used to it" Happened to my dad.... he found out the hard way ....Boom!!!! $$$$$$ later reco'd engine. Goes better now!! (it was a Jackaroo)
  5. Well a mate and i went car hunting and we could only find a "few" good 93 for around the 20 to 23K mark. (dealer) If you want a good stock 95+ model expect to pay over 25k now.... this is due to SEVS there was a total of 10 (r33) Skylines we looked at and we went to 7 dealers. the most expensive R33 was over 33K and it was stock with low k's Loz
  6. Check this link out.... for all information on Eliminator Kit http://homepages.tig.com.au/~robs/hicaslock.htm
  7. My mistake... :edited...
  8. well at 1.5 you should make 240RWKW at least.... Tyre smokin fun..... the thing is makaveli the torque will be right up there... so you'll have more "pull" power... if that makes sense... 240 is a fair bit at the wheel's..... I'm sure more could be made if you wanted it.... get a clutch too bro... you'll need it
  9. Depending on what you have on you 32..... list the stuff.. fmic exhaust etc etc cause it depend greatly on these items
  10. HPI reckoned the HKS GT25 series (2530 2540 2535) were ideal as a "low mount" more efficient turbo upgrade of course the different turbo's will have different characteristics (2540 more top end power) (2530 a bit less top more mid) (2835 is a little different, bigger compressor wheel, same size exhaust wheel...gives a nice even band .. more torque) talk to Supraman for a price [email protected] he can get you a price on SECOND HAND one's NEW... check out www.hks.com.au Loz
  11. HKS 2835 are good for 400 PS+ i don't know how to convert PS so someone else might be able to work that out
  12. As for HICAS Tomai have a bypass kit available... but i dont think you can actually "do away" with the computer as i "think" the main CPU need some input form the HICAS computer.... i could be wrong tho
  13. HKS 2835 is ideal for what you want. Increase in torque and HP. You should get over 240RWKW with proper tuning cam timing exhaust etc etc... (I'm sure more could be had Kw wise....) If you want more then look at the TD06 25 G there good for over 300kw.... but as many will say there is LAG involved Loz
  14. Hi Rezz.... From what you have seen and heard in Japan, do you think that there will ever be another "Skyline" series.... I'm guessing the revelation of the fact there might not be another GTR has pushed the prices of the R33 and R34 price's up?? is that true?? cheer's Lawrence
  15. it's cheap for a car with the amount of mod's on it....
  16. The RTA failed a mate of mine for his exhaust (aftrermaket) and Pod filter.... So he needs to find a air box and fit a standard exhaust... to get the blue slip. I'd talk to the RTA about what you want to do in regards to rego and see what they say. I'd hate to see you /your mate buy the car get it here then not be able to register it. Loz
  17. Don't worry bob.... im stock as stock can be!!! the point is sideway's action..... not speed..... Loz
