  1. Post up some pics.. sounds more like you've got a 260rs... either that or a heavily modified Dayz
  2. AMC Pacer Nomad Subaru Exiga Buick signia
  3. Silver looks awesome. Wish my Stag was silver
  4. Out of curiosity - are S1's or S2's heavier? Obviously different options make the weight vary, but I'm curious if theres anything that there were any significant changes between the two models that affected the overall weight of the car?
  5. i like keep us updated grant
  6. Thanks Ska.. I thought that was the case but just wanted to double check. So Neo6 PFC's can run on normal rb's.. interesting.
  7. Don't want to throw this off topic, but Ska what Powerfc did you use in yours? Yours is a S1 converted to manual, correct?
  8. I thought the R33/R34/Stagea AWD system was like other AWD's - in the fact that you have to run the same size tyres front and rear? Is this not the case? I know you can get away with it for a while, but you'll end up burning out your drivetrain, correct?
  9. mardi gras?
  10. any profit is good profit congrats mate
  11. Transmissions are, gearboxes aren't.
  12. haha tell me about it hugh we went up mt tambourine when we were in qld last plenty of rubber up there
  13. f**k some people need to chill out :laughing-smiley-014: i bought a stagea, but not cos of the looks. you can only get so much from a car haven't got the bastard yet, but i'm hoping i'll like the ability to chuck my DH bike in the back (hopefully.. without taking the wheels off ....), the ability to go on sick holidays with lots of swag .. and still have fun in it...
  14. really couldn't agree more lol
  15. Evo 9 Wagon is the shit. It's essentially the same as an Evo 9, but no Active Yaw Control.. Apparently the extra 80kg's over the rear wheels from the body helps the rear end to grip. Also helps the rear end to slide out more.. and without AYC, it can do so for a while
  16. Thanks for the heads up Alex, I'll check it out
  17. lol i have no idea about this sort of gear because my last car was too old to buy this sort of gear for.. Had to be custom made. might have to check em out.. don't want a bloody loud exhaust, but i don't mind something that makes a bit of noise
  18. Has anyone heard of a HKS HiPower? http://www.hks-power.co.jp/products/exhaus...hipower409.html They are pretty damn cheap compared to most Jap exhausts, and I'm not too sure why? Just wanted to check and make sure they aren't shite before I go out and buy one. :laughing-smiley-014:
  19. if all you want to do is lower it, look at the whiteline group buy. or if you want it slammed, bag it. if you're looking for a harder ride, and potentially better handling (depends on how it's setup of course), then yes, these would work. pretty sure there are some guides here on swapping suspension over.. have a search
  20. Yep thats me To be honest I'm not a huge fan of the kit I have.. Or not the front bar anyway. I'll probably sell the front bar and the wheels once I can afford some decent replacements.. I want to colour code the grey bits on the doors, maybe it will look better then. I noticed that some Stageas have a (plastic) chrome strip above the door protector things.. It really sets it off when they are colour coded... Not really sure when it's due. Only won it at auction last week, so I'd imagine it'll be at least a week or two till it gets on the ship.
  21. Nice one Jesse BTW I've met you before - I am JP's mate. Here's mine.. don't want to take over this thread so I'll just post these two pics
