Dan i don't know if you've been told or have heard but Boaty is trying to get numbers up for a prctice on Friday night at Mallala. It's not gonna be a DA or SD only practice but for anyone who wants to. I belive Mallala is trying to have it on at 5-9pm on this Friday. If you can make it, I'd suggest calling Boaty and showing interest. Could be some VERY valuable prctice time for you!

Unfortunatly these things happen, and sometimes there is things we cannot do about it(in this case Drew's) Condolences to all the injured and especially to the family of the young lady that lost her life......this sort of thing should never happen to anybody! Well your pretty much on the spot with the coilovers, exhaust and FMIC. maybe also a EBC so boost is efficient and no lag! pod filter, clutch. and then ofcourse bracing and sway bars. Dude the list can go on and on, It's about prioritising that list and available funds. What other cars would be good??? well it's upto you there is always sprinters and R31's......depends on what sort of car and how old it is that you want to drive. Silvia and 180 is at least a bit newer for that extra comfort(sort of) when driving on the streets. Hope that all helps

Dude.....with the cash you will prob have left over......won't be able to get a 32 and make it slide(well prob could BUT) Don't even think about putting a RB20det in a silvia or 180! They came out with a SR for a reason. So obviously the best possible choice would be to buy a silvia or 180 WITH a SR20det..........you can get just as much power out af a SR as you can RB, Pity it wasn't a little earlier coz Nozilla on here in SA was selling his Sil80 for about 9.5k with mods. But anyways option 3 is the only option and value for money! Oh and also....... they are lighter than skylines.

My mate has raced Karts for about 4-5 years now, I am his pit crew. He used to race sprint Karts(kart below without the big nose cone) the engine was a 100cc Clubman. There is a few engines you can get ranging from size and power, they start from a J to a Clubman to a Rotax125cc clutch or a Leopard. J's and Clubman's are clutchless whereas the others have got clutches. Sprint racing is fun but VERY compeditive, eespecially with the younger guys coming up from juniors. We have stopped racing Sprint and now running a Superkart(pictured below with big nose). Superkarts are run on normal sized tracks, we only run on Mallala over here, but over in Vic i think there is at least Winton and Phillip Island. Superkarts have different classes also they are 80cc G/Box, Rotax 125MAX non G/box(which is what we run), 125cc G/Box and 250cc Internationals(G/Box and faster than V8 Superkart.......No S$#T) We run the 125MAX over here because we get fields of at least 25-30 if not more and it's fun to race.......especially slip streaming! I have the Walbro 255ltr which is the eqivilent to the Bosch 040, Cannot hear a peep out of it at all, and alot cheaper than the Bosch, I had the same issues when looking to upgrade from stock.....and after hearing peoples thoughts i chose the Walbro and am very happy with the decision! I have 212kw and i'm sure it will handle more.....
