  2. From what I understand the Shell Racing 100RON is just avgas with a government tax slapped on it... I have been trying to decide what fuel to run in my car aswell, kind of leaning towards running leaded avgas. Blue = 100/110 low lead (not unleaded, low lead) Green = 100/130 leaded Red/pink = Mogas / Shell Racing 100
  3. what rim size do you run? I have a few Porsche cup tyres I am testing on the 33, got of couple of sets of 240's and 310's. Also saw that Hankook seem to have a nice size selection in full slicks... http://www.hankooktyre.com.au/Product/prod...6&FnCode=06 ...
  4. C.E.S here in Brisbane make a setup like the greddy setup, in stainless and mild steel, 3 inch or 3.5 inch, I run the 3.5 inch setup on my race car, I got them ceramic coated and they are surprisingly light for the size.
  5. R33 HKS Silent Power Cat Back Exhaust for E-ECR33 (GTS-T) 3.7 inch stainless system. Bought it in Japan in December for mates GTR, but does not fit perfectly, near new condition with only a small scrape on the rear muffler. Comes with bolts and gasket for the middle section. http://www.hks-power.co.jp/db/muffler_deta...=1&F_ID=196 After $600 o.n.o I'm in Brisbane, prefer pickup, but will freight at buyer's expense. thanks.

  7. hey, sorry but I have gone back to a small twin turbo setup, and would prefer the $, thanks cheers Jon, I am currently using an N1 turbo setup, using the motor for tarmac/circuit work now, which the twins are better suited than the big single was. pm'ed mate
  8. Hey all, just about to order front upper arms for the track car, but have found two different designs by Ikeya Formula. Trying to figure out which type would be better for track use, the car is not registered and is a track only car, so as much adjustment into the negative would be desired. Can purchase both designs but wondering which one to go for.... any info/advice? Design 1 Design 2 thanks.
  9. how are they better than the Ikeya Formula arms? Ikeya Formula front upper arms are not very expensive, cheaper than the arms from UAS ( http://www.nismo.com.au/pricelists/General...asbbtoparms.jpg )

  11. Hey all, chasing a front bar and head lights for R33 GTR I would like a series 3 front bar and lip spoiler, doesn't matter on colour as it will be resprayed, and the head lights would like series 1 or 2 non HID ones. I'm in Brisbane but will pay postage. Thanks
  12. both of you guys have rb25 (single throttle body) so its abit easier on placement choice, rb26 = itb(6) smell how were you going to place it into the rubber pipe? make/buy an hard inlet pipe with a fitting? Would it damage the compressor blades? it would circulate back into the inlet pipes of the turbo and turn into vapour? I've ordered a kit from the states and was thinking of installing it into the pipe few inches past the exit of the intercooler in the inner guard, or just before the plenum intake, the pipe in the engine bay but I have made all my piping out of alloy, so installing will just require a bung welded in. how many nozzles did you get aswell? could place them in multiple positions?
  13. yeah would be good to meet up with others out there, but I won't be able to bring it out till I come back from Japan around mid to late december. cant wait to get back behind the wheel of it
  14. cheers I took the 32 out there last year and had a ball, got a track only 33 now aswell and want to take it there first for a shakedown.
  15. what is the deal with QR sprints and track only cars? I thought it was street rego only cars? would like to take the 33 out there for sprints and top gear.
  16. I got them about 3 months ago, paid around $1400 for the dumps and the Y-Pipe then + the ceramic coating, I got alot of parts done at the same time so not sure what the price would be for just the dump and y pipe.
  17. I'm not sure about bolting onto the standard cat, the finished flandge is a 3 bolt 89mm so I wouldn't think so, each set is custom made so you could get what ever flandge you want on the end of it, and I guess being a rb30/taller block they could extend the pipes to come down ~38mm? the Trust ones would have the same drama aswell? I have found an email with pics and more info Trevor sent me when I first enquired about them, I'll pm it over to you.
  18. Hey mate, I was in the exact position a few months ago, I was looking at the Trust ones for the race car. I went with the C.E.S race dump and front pipes one reason why is the Trust ones are twin 2.5" into 3" Y pipe, the CES is twin 3" into 3.5" Y pipe, the CES ones are ceramic coated steel and weight nothing, while the Trust ones are stainless steel, and they are around the same price. Unfortunatly I didn't take any pics of them while they where off the car, but they are a very nicely made, and fit perfectly.
