Yeah it is a Power FC. So that could be the problem. Is there any way to reset the ECU so I can run the idle correction?

Ive been doing a bit of tuning to my R33 and have noticed when i turn the Air con on the A/F ratio (only at idle) leans out to around 17.1 It is not effecting the A/F ratios anywhere else in the map. Has anyone else every experienced this problem or may know what is causing it? Thanks Cristian

Im using a type b dongle box with the type a software in my car now

Im not sure about that, so i will have to take your word. But i was under the impression that the software was different. I know that currently in my car im using the type a software with the box from a s6 rx7

Does anyone have or know what the defult values for the accelerator pump are in the Apexi power FC. This is for a R33 GTST. If anyone could help it would be appretiated. Regards, Cristian

I have a problem with my car, its a R33 gtst. The knock reading on the Apexi is reading anywhere upto 137 at all different loads and RPMs. This problem started only this arfternoon I have checked the fuel pressure and was down to 1.8 litres per minute 4000 rpm. I changed the pump and the fuel pressure now is at around 3.5 litres per minute. I am running 11 psi at max load, but wouldnt be anywhere over 7 at 4000 rpm. I currently have the standard map that comes with the Power FC ECU. Has anybody come across a problem that may have been similar or might know what the problem may be? any help wold be appretiated. They have a bit of a name to hold, so I think they do know what they are doing. I have never had a problem with anything they have done for me.

You can appeal it, just write a letter to the address listed and wait for a response. You dont have anything to loose. What is your previous driving history like? I remember getting pinned and I wrote a letter, the response I got back was; Due to my previous driving history we will withdraw the infringement. Its worth a shot and wont cost much.

I checked out the fuse box diagram on Pauls home page and couldnt find if the head lights share a fuse or use seperated fuses. And unless i missed it, which wouldnt suprise me, i coulnt actually see which fuses is the head light fuse. Can anyone help me out? Thanks, Cristian

Hey guys I have installed a Power FC into my R33 GTST. I was made aware that the HICAS light may come on with the computer but never did anyone mention that the taco will cut out when the light comes on and then start working again when the lights goes out. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Dose anyone know how to overcome it? Regards, Cristian

hey guys, On the weekend I put the apexi PFC in my car, and tonight I got a turbosmart boost controller(mechanical). Im currently got it running 10-11psi and the injectors are at 81.1% they are close to max, and I want to run 12 psi. What are the standard R33 gtst injector sizes? Does anyone know if S6 RX7 injectors will fit stright in?

Im not making much if at all more then stock at the moment, still running standard boost. But mods i want to do to get as much power as possible are: GTR style plenum 550-650cc injectors GCG turbo upgrade, 16psi already have FMIC, but piping is 6 meters long, so will be redoing piping 3" exhaust from turbo back

Just worried about having it restrict flow, or maxing out and not getting a correct reading. But I dont have the horsepower now to worry about it.

I just got a quote from Greenline for the Apexi boost control kit for $415. For that money I can do without the boost reading at the hand controller. Sydneykid; If we got another map sensor(3 bar) we can do away with the air flow meter cant we?
