Actually, both cars are really not worth the money mate. The mileage is very very high. It is going to cost you lots of problems. Why don't you save up your money and get the R33? or the R32 GTR??

Erm...sorry guys to mention this but i meant JDM S15s...=P i think it's more like this 1st JDM S15 Spec R 0 - 100km/h = 5.52secs 2nd WRX STI Manual 0 - 100km/h = 5.74secs 3rd Holden SS Manual 0 - 100km/h = 5.83secs 4th 25GT-T R34 Manual 0 - 100km/h = 6.00secs 5th Ford XR 8 Manual 0 - 100km/h = 6.11secs 6th GTS25T R33 Manual 0 - 100km/h = 6.21secs These are all stocks timings i reckon.

Hi guys, this might be a newbie thread but please bare with me. Just wondering how does a STOCK/ SLIGHTLY MOD GT-T compare with cars like S15s, STIs, GTSTs, rexs, SS, XR8s. Can anybody put them in order whereby a GT-T is more likely to win or lose to any of them in terms of 0-100km/h timings and 1/4 mile timings. S15s are fairly light cars, i reckon the S15 will be faster than the GT-T? correct me if i'm wrong please. Thanks! Cheers!!! :sadam:

Actually yes i have to agree that the stock GTR R34 should be able to own the stock S15 on the straight. GTR is definitely in the other league. But in terms of 'traffic lights race', i think probably the S15 will get off faster at the start and then the GTR will soon overtake it. Am i right?

lol, flame proof undies?? u going to torch his ass?? =) So does the JDM S15 over perform the skyline or the other way round? i personally think that the S15 can be faster and perform better than the GTST but comparing with the GTR R34, does the S15 overpower and perform better?? And in terms of handling, Skyline or S15?

Jap specs as in those that's imported directly from japan? what's the difference between the Jap Spec R and our Spec Rs? Just the 147kw and the 180kw difference? Do they have a good turbo in them? :confused:

That mini is crazy..who's driving it? Mr Bean? Vuster, just curious, how much does it cost you for a full tank of petrol? I'm sure it's heaps more than a skyline. Friend's GTO drinks petrol like us drinking water. Revs a few times at 5000-6000rpms on the road and u can see the fuel meter going down. Is that usual for these HSVs?

Guys so normally for a stock gtst, what's the maximum speeds obtainable on each gear without going all the way to the red line? 1st gear = ??km/h? at what rev? 2nd gear = ??km/h? 3rd gear?

lol ALLBLITZ, i agree with you mate..But TNT is $330 and yeah i understand the trucks issue. I drove up and back down to melbourne last year. It was crazy..trucks going at 120 or 130km/h... Nick, my relative is a car mechanic in Sydney..he will service and check it thoroughly for me..and i am sure the car that i am getting is in a good condition. ( ALLBLITZ =P ) :jump:

Mates, so IN SUMMARY, this means that the RB25DET is not very good on fuel is it ? So let's say a full tank of petrol, can get you 400kms? city driving and not trashing the car?? Which kind of petrol do you guys use? Optimax? Vortex? Synergy? or Ultimate? Is Optimax any good for the engine? 4 cents saves you a few dollars =).
