optimistically, save around 15kg in bonnet, 10kg seats, 5kg for panels, maybe take out the HICAS for another 5kg-10mg diet, take out ABS for another 5kg but then if you go get yourself some large shiny rims, that'll just add more weight. I'd go for CF bonnet, take out rear seats and lightweight wheels. Take out ABS and HICAS if you can be stuffed.

think you save about 100kg by stripping out EVERYTHING, seats, aircon, carpet, fuzzy lining, sound deadeners, dash board, all plastic in the car etc etc then you are left with a slightly lighter car which is rather unbearable to drive all that for nothing..................$0!!!!!! second approach is to spend $$$$ on carbon fibre bonnect, fenders, doors, bootlids, cf door trim, front bars, rear bars.........All up probably $10,000 worth of carbon fibre parts. Then take out all the windows and replace them with plastic. This approach will kill your wallet in no time but makes the car so much lighter. or you can combine the two by stripping it out AND replacing the outside panel only with CF, obnoxiouly loud, no creature comfrot but very very light.

5th 6th is still a decent result, it's not failing....failing is when you get fired from the team for coming last and crashing at every race. I just wanted to see the other side of the his character.

lol same shit happened to me. There's a place in artarmon somewhere in the back lane that does welding, he welded it for me. Then I took it to payless in chatwood to get it sanded back. Just make sure you get them to check to see if the rm's warped or not, coz it's not until later when I found it it was slightly warped.

How can we not have a bloody clue?? the whole ITV gang wouldn't shut up about him. The whole of England would suck his cock when he demands it. We all know of his acomplishments when he was in karting and GP2 etc etc and how his dad works 48 hours a day to finanace his racing career and come home and work another 48 hours at nighttime with no sleep. I think the reason why some people don't want to see him win is because we all like to see racers climb from the bottom to the top to prove himself. I'm pretty sure every racer in the paddock at the moment is thinking "Who the hell is this little shit coming in here taking the best car and coming out looking like a hero, give me a maclaren and I'll show you the same thing." I really hope he doesn't get on the podium next round so that we can see how he handles it.

lol im about to step on some toes when I say and I apologies in advance. In my opinion, the ONLY kit that looks nice on an R34 GTt is the "other" Nismo kit, no not the one that everyone else has with the awkward looking mesh grill and the out of proportion rear bar. Its the one that was seen on Jspec a while ago, the silver 4 door Gtt with the very nice nismo bar, skirt and wing, everything about that kit seems to flow well with the Gtt's squarish design. Everything else seem to ruin cohesion. Having said that, the stock Gtt kit is pretty enough as it is.

I'll have to say, Mclaren has been ridiculously reliable this year. That being said, i don't care much for the mclaren drivers though, never been a Alonzo fan but at least he seems a bit more humble this year. Hamilton is just a big meh in my book, he just got incredibly lucky getting into a good team when everything was perfect and he comes out looking like a hero. In my eyes, the only thing he's proven is that Mclaren has a fast car this year, I'd like to see him prove his worth when the team struggles. I've been rooting for Massa ever since the season started and he's been doing so well, too bad he's had a bit of bad luck. I'd still have to say the best thing about watching this British GP was him carving up everyone and getting a decent placing from starting in the pit lane. Kimmi was in almost the same situation a few Gp ago but he seemed like he didn't have any fighting spirit left in him when he was stuck in 5th? 6th? place. Massa is definitely my biggest F1 hero at the moment.

the only thing you can't get from any other series 2 is the little badge on the seats and the paintjob. everything else looks exactly the same, honest don't see what the big fuss is all about.

the dude who owns the blue one had a 280z engine and stroked it to 3.1L, stuck on a turbo is making around 400hp but both of them started off as a 260z i think, then i can't tell the 240z/260 apart anyway. Both are from the US of A There's a nice looking one for sale recently for 4 grand on car sales...........man its tempting.

so, around $80-100 to fill up the tank, which gets me around 500km, that would be around $640-$800 to really get me no where, plus the food and accomodation that would be around close to $1k......I'll take the new KKR480 turbo or the 8 track days for oran park please
