ohh....motherf**k.....unbelievable. not gonna lay blame with yo, john. i understand u did what u were expected to do...but jeez, i reckon u should go down there and leave an explosive package loaded with staining ink behind the desk with a 48-hr countdown on it - if they don't send it off in the time then they will be forced to walk about like dickheads for their incompetence. its ok, just make sure u complain. i have been dicked around by aussie post before so i kno the frustration, but they're complaints department is pretty comprehensive. but now that i think about it, that probably makes sense based on how many complaints they must receive.... WELL. countdown begins. allowing for the weekend, those of us unlucky ones will have knobs by NEXT weekend.....

cheers fellas, got a few numbers to keep me busy. i'll get some pics and quotes and post them up to give ya'll an idea what you'd be dealing with if it is unfortunate enough to happen to you. TIP: if u upgrade from 6" wheels to 9" wheels with similar offset, they're going to stick out a fair bit more - so remember that next time u turn past a gutter

the wheels are work ryver's, they're two piece and i'm pretty sure they're alloy. if the outer rim was painted then it would be a simple sand/fill/spray job - but cos they're polished i think thats a job for the pro's. does this ajax joint deal with alloy's?? i don't think a steel wheel place will be much use - they're not bent, just guttered.

hey all, i've got some new second_hand rims and they have met with the gutter a few times - got some nice rash on the outer edge. just wanting to know if anyone knows of a place in melbourne that can do wheel repairs, and how much?? pref in nothern subs. the wheels have a polished metal dish on the outer, that looks to have a clear coat over it. no painting would be required other than that. and they're not bent, just scraped. thanks in advance.

hey all, i just got a 60mm greddy electronic boost gauge. now i've got it all wired up sweet, power to everything and the memory function etc is working - the gauge appears to be fine. however, it refuses to read boost or vaccum. i turn the car on and the gauge does nothing. i have done some reading on the net, and apparantly you need a special T-piece for this gauge to read properly. it is like a normal t piece, but the leg that goes to the boost sensor is blocked off excpet for a tiny tiny hole. can anyone tell me if this is true?? and if so, where i can get one of thse T-pieces? thanks guys>MAT

so clearly nobody who has already posted is interested in these plates and more interested in demonstrating they have too much time on their hands. if i don't get serious offers then i'll just keep them, it is of absoloutely no consequence to me if i sell them or not. i expected better from a moderator tho....
