Parts are not that hard to find for imports, you must be going through the wrong sources. $20k damage? why did u even fix it, im sure that would be a write off! anyway id go for a e36 m3 evo, 330ci or 350z maybe even an HSV GTO

All original and unmolested, immaculate midnight purple paint very clean interior with original GTR mats only mods were done for reliability Hks Cat back Blitz panel in standard airbox Splitfire coil packs, nismo clear indicators nismo radiator cap nismo low temp thermostat JVC 2din touch screen dvd and eclipse amps x2 and sub only serviced with Motul/ Redline oils every 3000kms, recent timing belt / waterpump, thermostat replacement. Afm resoldered, only used 98 octane and drives very tight, any test welcome Would be great as a daily driver or good base to modify didn't want to sell but my circumstances have changed, and will be relocating will go on carsales soon, but id rather sell i to a genuine skyline enthusiast $22,000 negotiable please no time wasters or test pilots,

tried that, resoldered everything on the tach but still no fix, im guessing one of the capacitors was gone

Thanks for the input mate, yeh i driven the e36 m, has more than plenty of power for street use, and i prefer the more luxury for daily use. i Agree with you in terms of reliability have owned a few bmw's (330ci, 540i etc) and they have been nothing but problems, almost everyone i know who has beemers has lots of trouble. cooling system/ transmissions in particular. I love the GTR ,only reason im considering selling the is i hate the image they have down hear, wouldn't mind something bit more off the police radar. also i have already owned 4 other skylines r32,r33,34, its funny though i always end up going back to one after i get bored with the Euros Might just save and hold out for a 911 or AMG

its only a 6 cylinder NA, not far off from a VL comm. any shop should be able to service this fine, if you cant be bothered doing it yourself, Save your $$$ no need for these fancy tuner workshops.
