No offense but under 100kg isn't a heavy squat, 10 reps would be easy. At weights like 150, 160 etc its a big difference. Mine was on a 5x5 strength program where if I got a 6th rep out, I'd increase the weight. So those 5 reps are basically 5 reps with nothing left in the tank after each set.

160x5 before I stopped doing deads.. No straps gloves or chalk for me, and each rep is from a dead weight off the ground

Was at 150x5x5 when I was squatting before the start of the footy season when I stopped...Will probably get back into it in about 5 weeks when the season is over.

Temazepam. I can take a 10mg tablet for a 3 hour nap before a night shift and wake up feeling fine. They don't seem to make me drowsy/trip out like has happened with Stilnox, and I've been able to stay awake after taking one as well. I think they just relax you once you're in bed trying to sleep, rather than actually knock you out.

Gotta feel for Pirelli too. Wouldn't be surprised if they're eager to get out of F1 as soon as the contract period is up, given the fact they've been told to make a tire that basically falls apart in order to make racing interesting, and are copping a bad name for it, whereas Bridgestone had gotten to a point where you could pretty much drive an entire race on one set of tires, and only need to change to satisfy the rules...

What a joke, 3 commercials in the space of about 12 laps, with commercials running for 2 laps What a f**king disgrace that was. Made me sick when Massa had driven well all day, kept Vettel behind him all day, to be robbed of the place because of a pit crew f**k up on a straight forward tyre change.

Vettel just did his best lap of the race, 4 tenths down on Massa on the same lap... Third looks like the best Alonso can hope for now barring an incident. Not matching Webber or Hamilton in this stint, but a comfortable 22sec lead over Massa
