  1. i've got r33 stockies, tires should be easily RWC. get an airbox and leave ur fmic, much easier than changing to the smic and then back again...
  2. Protek Tyres 1b FTG road, Oakleigh
  3. Yeah, no worries.. Also good to see the nissansilvia boys so chatty and willing to mingle Thanks to everyone that attended, and welcome to all the new members that signed up on the night. Ash and Kaz will have your access sorted in the next few days and then you'll be able to see the members section, and take advantage of all the discounts on offer. The turnout was a little larger than I expected, but not by much as I was tipping 30 odd cars anyway. Big hats off to all of those that behaved, including each and every single car at the west meet. See you all at the next one Andru, perhaps you'd like to take into account the amount of members on here that are from the east, compared to the west, and how many of those have attended east meets in the past, so know plenty of people already and took this as another chance to meet up with them. It wasn't a competition or a fight, so stop acting like a child.

I suspect it was started back when skylines weren't as common as they are these days. Its only my opinion, so it doesn't really matter, but posting that you saw 'an R32, and an R33 on x road at x time' seems pretty pointless with the amount of skylines around these days

even the spotted thread is annoying when people post every skyline on the road as opposed to rare/stand out ones or people they know are on here...
  7. You can download it in the first post, but i'll have a few on me at the meet point.
  8. These are the 'short type' mate, so if the long type are 50mm, I'd say these are 35mm. Haven't measured them however.

  10. I've just come back from Albert Park to check out the carpark situation. The meet point will be in the big carpark (its huge) which is pretty much immediately to your left when entering Aughtie Dr via Albert Rd. I've got no idea what it'll be like on a Friday night, but there was a few cars there tonight, although still plenty of space. Again, there is no cover at Albert Park so unfortunately if its raining it won't be ideal for a meet but we'll make the best of it anyway. On a more serious note: This is not an official club event, hence non members being allowed to attend. However, one thing remains the same and that is that no idiotic driving will be tolerated by myself or Allen Paul. Anyone seen being stupid or driving like an idiot will have their club membership suspended or revoked (even if you just signed up on the night) and any non members may find themselves dealing directly with the police. It may sound harsh, but 30-40 Skylines draw enough attention without people driving like idiots. It's cold, the roads are wet, and you will be driving in a large pack of cars. You are not impressing anyone by trying to be a hero so don't try. Myself and Allen will remind everyone attending what is expected of them in terms of behavior prior to leaving the east and west meet points. At the end of the day its for your own benefit as well as everyone else attending. We will be driving through Albert Park, but the GP has come and gone, so lets all just enjoy a nice leisurely drive with some good company, and keep the rest of it for the track. See you all tomorrow night for what is looking like a big one!
  11. I suggest people bring warm, waterproof jackets and an umbrella if you're feeling adventurous...If today is anything to go by it could be a wet night tomorrow, and there isn't exactly cover at Albert Park. Hopefully its not a wet night but we'll have to wait and see!

    Whats The Deal?

because there is more skylines around than supras...
  13. Aww sorry Ferah...you've been working hard But yeah anyone wanting to sign up on the night, come see me at the west meet with a COMPLETED form and $50 and i'll fix you up
  14. I know a guy selling 2 fixed back seats for $300ono....they're no name and yellow, but would be perfect for a steering wheel setup...find someone else that wants to make a setup and split the cost of the seat, then make the rest up yourself and you're set. let me know if you're interested and i'll put you onto him
  15. HD ready. I tried tuning it both auto and manually with the frequency off the Channel 10 FAQ page, but it picked up nothing. Is there a way to find out if I'm in a HD area? I didn't even know there was HD and non HD areas.
  16. Do you have any idea what it would cost to light the track to the FIA's standards for a race? Not to mention the logistical side of it...It's a mammoth task.
  17. I'm not saying they'll rip you off (although thats what it sounds like based on the above email) but as Beer Baron said, the RB25 unit is discontinued, hence the lack of supply everywhere else in the world... So not sure how these guys are getting a large batch of them, while everyone else (think Nengun and other sellers based in Japan) are unable to... The fact that its through PayPal means they probably can't rip you off with the no refund thing, but I still don't see how they're going to get the product in stock.
  18. From what I'm reading, they'll take your money for the 'special order', order a product which they cannot get, and then not refund your money as stated, as it was for a special order. Brilliant plan there, and clearly there's people foolish enough to believe it. Listen to Beer Baron, buy a second hand one (they're going for around $1200 now anyway) or a new 1 for an extra $400 (the few left in aus) and be done with it. Personally I don't see a need to buy a new one when a 2nd hand 1 in good condition is the exact same thing, just cheaper, but ok
  19. I've been banned for so much less than what Andru is posting. It's about time someone ended it.
  20. Yes Ferah...that is the general idea of the whole thing...
  21. warning: do not repost 6 month old pictures. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...es-t214530.html yes it was april, but 6 months always sounds better.
  22. They'll fit pretty much all rims I believe...as long as the studs are the right size (all skylines, maybe silvias but someone else would have to confirm that) As for Just Jap, you may want to also mention that they're selling the black nuts, not the blue which go for more
  23. if ur gonna help out with queries like the above, why can't I get Ten HD on my Samsung M8 LCD, which is hooked up to foxtel digital, but also a regular antenna which I thought was all you needed to tune into ten HD (as well as the TV to support it obviously). I looked up the frequency on the channel 10 website but when trying to tune that freq. on the TV, it finds nothing.
