  1. my current set up with full forged motor makes 427kw and the stock plenum is absolutley fine previous setup before rebuild had gt-rs turbos cams and usual bolt ons for a safe and reliable 340kw or 455hp and still plenum was not an issue. have a look through HPI mags and threads on these formus and u'll find that the plenum is not needed. it may give slightly better throttle response but there is alot better ways to spend 2k plus do a search on compressor surge
  2. u dont need the nismo plenum, dont use an n1 oil pump, go for nitto,tomei or jun pumps. the hks intake might be the best but it may also create compressor surge standard crank will also do the job of the power u want, just get it balanced and cleaned up
  3. go a do a couple of back to back 8000rpm launches and see how well it holds up
  4. mate whether u like it or not when u start putting more power into gtrs a twin plate clutch is almost a necesity. From everything ive read and from my own personal experience you cant got past a Nismo super copermix twin plate clutch. ive got the competition model one in my car and its only fractionaly heavier than stock and realy simple to use. has stood up to 427kw and still going strong being driven every day. As for the turbos, get a good set of dump pipes while you have the turbos out of the car for that little bit of extra power
  5. oh yeh and go for a 275/35 or 275/30 tire of your choice
  6. those offsets are way to gay for a gtr. u want sumthing no more than +20 i run 19x10.5+17 volk gt7s on my r33 gtr with no clearance issues what so ever
  7. if its going to get used for track id suggest a bigger better radiator, i think sum one above mentioned a oil cooler. for drift and track id also want to have a surge tank setup and probably aslo chuck in a oil catch can. forget the cams and plenum
  8. probably not the best idea to take a bunch of modified cars out cruising during double demerits. your just asking to get defected

  10. keep the car, when you get engaged the next thing is a wedding and a house and after that u wont be able to afford one. keep it while your still young and enjoy it. if you realy get desperate then sell it until then just hold onto it. its not like its costing u that much money to have it sitting in your driveway. my missus already knows what comes first with me so she knows that i wouldnt sell it unless totaly needed.
