  1. u dont need to give the cop attitude to get stupid defects, if u think otherwise ur ignorant. my personal favourite was being defected for suspension being "too stiff" i felt like saying "is that in ur professional opinion?" police having control over deciding whether our cars are roadworthy or not is like getting a interior designer to fix ur plumbing.
  2. that's a fair bit really.
  3. just lock the hicas and loop the lines. there are plenty of tutorials around about how to do it.
  4. some journalists wanna be the guy who "goes against the grain", the GTR has such great reviews, so its the perfect target. criticising the GTR for being too easy drive fast is like criticising a women for cooking and cleaning too much.
  5. thats one of those things that u just would never even think about, so tbh i doubt anyone actually could give u a yes or no answer, just that it sounds f**king stupid lol. my OZ's literally miss the calipers by a fraction of a mm haha
  6. lol yeh i remember when i was running 10 degrees, my tyre was basically always touching my front bumper.
  7. show me where i directly insulted him, or u for that matter
  8. lol, firstly, adjustable arms DO NOT increase NVH, not the adjustability at least, it's only when the arms use rose joints on the ends, as u basically removing a flexible bush, its now metal on metal. the adjustability comes usually from a turnbuckle where a solid arm would usually be. you can buy adjustable arms with with urethane bushes, so they are exactly the same as adjustable bushes as far as NVH goes. whiteline themselves make adjustable arms, after starting with adjustable bushes (f**king useless) i know exactly how much better adjustable arms are. also as a side note, whiteline bushes are shit lol. i run their arms, but the bushes are shit, mine cracked and split with less than a few weeks on them lol 2ndly, less castor, why? i can only think of 1 reason, u have bitch arms and cant handle the weight of ur steering
  9. if u really did, u wouldnt be buying G4's.
  10. yeh this thing is nuts, has to be done.
  11. going by ur name, it seems only fitting you attempted that.
  12. ultimately u need wider rims. for drag and street duties go a 225/45, for handling go a 215/45 for a bit less sidewall flex around corners.
  13. PERFECT offset for me too. god that kills me inside.
  14. sigma if u want something with a bit of grunt (same deal with 31's), KE70 if u want something more nimble
  15. how much SHOULD you pay, or how much WILL you pay? labour wise, a shop should press out old ones and press new ones in for anywhere in the region of $50. put them in ur car urself, and as far as the bushes themselves go, depends, whether u want rubber, urethane, adjustable etc etc, i suggest u call around and find out. if u want a direct replacement from nissan, call them and ask, although personally i wouldnt reccomend this.
  16. I <3 Regas i missed out on a pair, 17x9 +20 for $300. i was not happy.
  17. some "breaking in"
  18. they have a jap badge, but my guess is thats as far as it goes. u can only hope that weighing as much as they do means they have enough metal on them to keep them from breaking like glass, but u never know, just look at drift teks for an example.
  19. mitcham underground carpark. wanted to get a few snaps of me and my mates 32 before he sold his.
  20. one thing ive never got is why people would even consider a wheel like the XD9 in the same league as a CE28N or TE37, i mean if its purely a looks thing, why spend the big $$ on forged wheels?
  21. he's on a forum, asking for opinions, we are giving our opinions, that's how these things work.
