i think garden island would be a huge mistake for the complex and the reason been . noise travels really well over water and garden island is too close to all the new housing developments on the docks at port adeliade . people who have just paid a shitload of money to live there in there new apartments ect ect will kick up something fierce about the noise the very reason rowly park speedway was shut down and the very same reason speedway city now has a curfew on it . last thing we need as motor sport fans dosent matter drags/drift/circuit racing or speedway is a new complex thats cost millions and have bloody time curfews put on it right from the start we need a new complex thats all in one no argument there but the location has to be right so we can all enjoy it without restrictions cheers mid life crisis

couple of good smacks with a hammer and GOOD chiesel will make it move then replace with a new sump plug . ive had to resort to this method a couple of times at work when cars come in for a service and the plugs are so tight or have been butchered by wrong size spanners been used . never had a sump plug yet that i could not get off one way or another

yrs ago when i raced turbo holden sixes at speedway tt wernt even heard of what we used to stop hot shutdowns plus if ya crashe and hit the wall at full song and the the motor stopped good bye turbo lol. we had a litre container that the oil feed line fed into with a one way valve then it went to the turbo so waht happened when the motor was running there was always a litre of oil in the container under engine oil preassure the one way valve stoppe the oil draining it back so when the motor was turned off or stalled the oil preasure in the container would force some of the oil in the container thru the feed line to the turbo thus ensuring the turbo had oil going thru it while it was slowing down. u could buy some already made it was called a nycal turbo lube system and was quite expensive but after i fig out how it worked i made my own never had a turbo faliure in the next 3 seasons b4 that i was killing a turbo or 3 every season cheers mid life crisis

we have a german shepard that goes off when he hears anybody out the front and when i say goes off its not like a warning bark he goes into attack mode . so if he goes nuts i usually grab him by the coller and go out the front if i spotted anyone in the driveway at the cars i would let him go and let the clowns take there chances with him first :-)

at least you had a alarm and club lock otherwise it may i have had my car stolen type post hang the bastards i say if caught

ive changed those hoses myself it is a bit of a bugger the most usefull tool i found was a really long pair of pointy nose pliars about 12 inches long . they allowed me to reach the hose and get the clamp off as well as lever the hose off the pipe

yepo but when you went out the sea,s was less than half a metre . both times i went on the charters they was over 2 metre.s

when at work i hate reps just rolling up it usaully means time of the tools and puts us behind scedule . we now get the reps to come around between 2.30 to 4.30 on a friday arvo . works great when a couple roll up at the same time and ya play them off agaist each other my boss and i have bets b4 they arrive to see who gives us the deal of the week :-)
