Im all finished now Adam i just expected the clutch to last longer than 5 minutes

HKS one was way more aggressive.
Umm no dont have any power figures it honestly fried the clutch instantly on 10psi and now i cannot drive into possitive boost with out the clutch slipping real bad and revs go up !!

I dont think a triple plate even shudders but im not sure.......
The roughness could be normal but shuddering makes the clutch wear unevenly and it will just get worse
Ask around im not a full bottle on clutches im not doing mine myself
No im not running one at the mo,all my old pipes are gone inc BOV Aluminium pipe. if you look i have a flange plate welded onto a small pipe and have a plate over it until i get my BOV im running a custom one not sure how good it is as havent even seen it...

It might just need adjusting or it may have oil on the clutch
Piping doesnt have cold air from your cooler go across the front of the engine then 180 degree bend to throttle body.
It looks nasty doesnt it, its only temp, until i get a catch can its just a filter sitting on the end of the pipe
Ive had my car on road 2 days and ive smoked my clutch its almost totally undriveable hehe
Booked in on Mon for new one so i will be at the next Day Meet
Sorry Forgot to mention i sprayed clear over the caliper as well so hopefully the shiny nissan emblem wont rust.
Paint is normal engine enamal rated at about 280degC i bought it from marlows.

Its been a little while of me being in envy of every1 with their cars while i drive the ole hilux , rebuilding my car.
I decided to go with OEM pistons with a lower compression HKS metal head gasket as i beleive the standards can handle 450HP
What do u guys think ive spent alot of time doing this while i waited for my parts....did the cooler myself with help from mate

I used high temp engine enamal for the calipers and glued sandpaper to a flat block of wood and run that across the nissan symbal it stands out really bright
Sanded rocker covers back to 1200 sandpaper then croacus cloth and then buffer wheel for mirror polish

If there is you would think someone on here would post the software somewhere as it isnt the part that you are paying for. it should come with FC when u buy it i would think?

Did you just get the compressor side hiflowed? It musnt be if u r spooling at 2500
I got both sides hiflowed ($1000) and im hoping for 200kw@12psi.
Starts spooling at 3000 full boost 3500
we'll see next week when i get her tuned on the dyno with the SAFC
