it also comes to layout, quality of airlines etc but the electronic controllers are better than the bleed types

  13. Qikstagea I have a good 33 rad sitting in the garge I upgraded mine to a PWR one and also have a few small parts let me know what you need may have it. I hopefully finish stripping my enginebay and send my little girl off to be painted and then put it all back together. I put a post in forced induction about some iternal parts if peeps have time please look and advise
  14. Guys I currently have my engine apart and it looks like it will need to be rehoned and new rings (I ge the report back tomorrow). Now it currently has the following in it: Wisco Oversized forged pistons A Mark Ashford hand made crank the oil pick up increased ARP studs New Bearings Oversized Valves and Springs to match the head has been ported (knife edge) and polished Now comes the question: I have standard rods that have been shot peened and nitrated as was wondering if I get them cryogened or would buying forged oned be better?? Also is doing my block going to be worth it considering it isn't a brand new block but it will be freshly honed? I am looking at eventually trying to push about 700rwhp out of it (this maybe achived by a small shot of nitrous but i am trying really hard not to) I am trying to get it as reliable as possible.
  15. squizz come round and see me maybe trade u the 200sx???
  16. umm my engine is still in pieces as it is being sent off to be rehoned and new rings and have the head bleed tested. Whilst that is happening I am stripping the rest of the engine bay for paint. Hope to have her on the road some time this year (nearly comming up to her 1st bday with me and she still hasn't been on a cruise. I have started polishing items such as the greddy plenum and the cam covers but heaps still left to go.
  17. I am but well sorta have engine in bits atm but look at other posts you will find the bling
  18. umm is this like the TEIN electronic height adjustables? but as the others said cost is a major factor along with reliability, It would have to handle extreme wether esp where you are talking about placing it
  19. thanks Crazy- Boy, I will go and see him tomorrow. I have heard to go to gonzos as well anyone heard of them??
  20. nismo33 = thanks for the help...not I am after proven shops. I did look into the EVC but they only muffle 10 decibel and cost about 800 so can't see the cost vs benifit I currently have a 4' straight through exhaust with a HKS super Dragger Pro muffler (6' tip) and a screamer pipe. I was thinking of adding a new cat and a couple of mufflers and plumbing in the screamer pipe. But flanging them so I can look at removing them when I go to some motorsport events
  21. Guys I know I should do a search but it is a lot more fun stirring people up. I need to find a performance exhaust shop near moss st so I can get my exhaust altered and silenced a bit (those who have seen and heard my car will understand). Now before the barrge of reccommendations I am looking at putting out a decent amount of power and the occasional drag/track day could be in order hence why I want only places that have done peoples exhaust not just what people have heard. thanks shroom
  22. I can reccomend Ashford Racing at archerfield he knows how to build tuff engines and is a nice guy to boot
  23. great thanks
