  1. This thread is useless without pics. If I were to sell...which I am not I would put mine on the market for $25000.
  2. Yes my GTR has had a 'full' interior retrim by James, very happy with it indeed
  3. We had our Sat Nav unit stolen from our Pathfinder from Harvest Lakes (Atwell)...although my Mrs did leave the doors open! My GTR stays locked away in the Garage 24/7 so should be fine A lot of the young kids around Atwell are now growing up into there Mid teens, hanging out around IGA and are generally little shits.....I blame them
  4. My god that looks gay! So Vinyl seat covers that fit over your original seat....that you fit yourself..!..? I can see that turning out like Homer's farkin BBQ DONT DO IT
  5. Hmm...Framed that would make a nice pic for my Garage...wonder how big you could blow it up? (Being 1.3mb) Anyone got any other Hi-Res Skyline Pictures???
  6. Haha yeah I just quickly knocked up some speil about the car.....but it reads a bit like a classified advert Still, if I ever do come to sell, I can save time and just cut and paste this
  7. Some 'Nice' comments thanks Errrm..No...because I Jump in and out of the seat maybe once a month Getting someone in the back is tricky
  8. I imported this 3 years ago now from Japan, apart from the 34 GTR rims, a Jasma cat back exhaust it was pretty well standard, $20'000 licensed and complied. Since then I have added: GT2560r Turbos Trust / Greddy Front and Dump Pipes PFC (Non D-Jetro) Nismo fuel pressure reg Apexi Air Filters HKS Kansai Strut brace Trust Oil Filter relocation kit Brembo F50 355mm Brakes Extreme 6 Puck button clutch HKS Hipermax III Coilovers Federal 595RS Tyres Momo Steering Wheel Momo Gearknob Sparco Sprint V seats Full interior retrim to Match front seats Dentcraft removed all body imperfections, now perfectly straight As far as GTRs go it is fairly mildly modified. Produces 400rwHP @ 18psi Runs an 11.9 @ 117mph 1.793 60ft Ran a 58.9 around Barbagello (short) in the wet Only travelled 8000kms in 3 years, odo now showing 77'000kms. Very happy with it, the only thing to go wrong has been a Water pump which proceded to put the fan thru the radiator, but was cheap enough to fix (Under $500) Bullcreek Avaition Museum Nissan Flag Work Depot New 'Sparco' themed interior R34 Themed Engine bay Brembo F50 Brakes 355mm Paintless dent removal did an amazing job, removed all small dents, car perfectly straight!
  9. Few recent pics of My R32 GTR - Its pretty much complete now
  10. So you'd know how much it costs then? If so please post a cost so as we dont fill his head with false hope, as so many of these threads tend to do. I did not get much change from a Local performance shop from a $1000 to have my HKS / Greddy Front and dump pipes fitted as well as 2 x new Turbos, and a quick run up on the dyno
  11. For reference if your GTR is stock it will probably run around a 13.5 at 170kmh
  12. From Memory I paid about $1100 for HKS Dump and Front Pipes, and it will cost you about a grand to have them fitted...it is a bitch of a job! I also added a Pair of GT2560r turbos's for I think about $2500 (fit at the same time as your Front and Dumps if you chose to replace) Removed the boost restrictor and Made 315rwHP with a 12.6 QTR at 181kmh Then I added a PFC ($1100 + dyno $400) upped the boost to about 18psi made 390rwHP and ran an 11.9 @ 190kmh
  13. Bought a lot of stuff for my R32 GTR over the years from Nengun, but the last thing I bought, and that he sent were 'HKS Hipermax III' coilovers, problem being they sent R33 GTS-T HKS Hipermax III coilovers. The guy was a cock about the whole replacement thing wanting me to go into Aust Post and fill out a claim form saying they were damaged in transit and post them back for replacement R32 GTR Coilovers... In the end I sold them to a Local Performance shop and bought another set of HKS R32 GTR coilovers...which cost me quite a bit of money He has now cancelled my Account I see, so No I will not be buying from them again
  14. Have'nt been on a cruize in probably 2 years! So if my GTR is back from the Trimmers I may bring it out and show off the new interior I live in Atwell so will meet at Gateways. *EDIT* Car wont be ready...so I wont be going.
  15. 'Copping a lot of wheelspin' in a Reletively low HP GTR like yours on a prepped drag strip IMHO should'nt and dosnt really need to Happen, I'm guessing your are either limiter launching and side stepping the clutch, or your ATTESSA system needs attention. I achieve 1.7's and 1.8's easy enough by feeding the clutch out quickly, not dumping it, I could run Bob Jane allrounder 175/75/14's tyres on it and I dont think i'd get wheel spin...! (Then Again I am big on mechanical sympathy!) Doing burnouts and Limiter launches can kill a clutch pretty quickly, Sounds like you may have been to hard on yours, if your cars revs are not matching your roadspeed, revs rise under load etc then your clutch is slipping as it is a direct drive
  16. Unless the stars and planets align, or your car is shot from a Canon I do not think realistically you are going to go any quicker, Wheelspin or no wheelspin I have quickly gone thru the Timeslip registry for you and pulled out some times similar to yours. R33 GTR - 11.8 @ 118mph (481awhp @ 20psi) R32 GTR 11.9 @ 117mph 1.7 60ft - (390rwHP) Mine R33 GTR 11.914 @ 114.56 MPH 1.809 60' R32 GTR 12.3 @ 110.911 MPH 1.9sec 60ft R32 GTR 12.348 @ 113.56mph, 60 ft 1.793sec R32 GTR 12.547@ 106 MPH 60ft 1.8 Your time R32 GTR 12.6 @ 109mph 1.9 60' R32 GTR 12.68 @ 112.64mph 2.124 60ft (315rwHP) Mine R32GTR 12.691 @ 105.6 MPH 1.969 60ft R32 GTR 12.767 @ 105.883 MPH 1.810 60' (300rwhp) R32 GTR 12.78 @ 110 2.079 60ft R32GTR 13.2 @ 108 mph 2.0 sec 60ft (310ps @ all 4's) Notice how your MPH is quite low for the ET you have ran, Notice how your 60 ft time is as good as any, now notice how your going to need another 10mph to get around the Flat 12 mark..... Getting more MPH basically means you are going to need more HP, pumping your tyres up is not going to do stuff all.
  17. Hey James, I rang during the week regarding some wood panelling for my Van and at same time retriming my GTR seats, well i though i'd show a few pics so you have a better idea of what I was on about I have bought this VW Crafter for work The load I am carrying although reletive light, is tall and tips over from time to time and is leaving pressure dents from the inside out on the Skin, so was hoping you could cut out and trim van with some 3 ply wood or similar like van below (Red area only) As for the GTR I am sourcing a pair of these Sparco Sprint V seats And need the Back seat , and door inserts trimmed to match. I will call you next week when you have ABN Cheers Lindsay BTW, can you get the 'Sparco' label trimmed into the rear seats...?....if so would that be gay..!..
  18. Extreme 6 Puck Brass button in my GTR. 400rwHP, ran a few 1.7 60fts & high 11's, nice and light, no juddering on takeoff....Meh...seems fine.
  19. Personally I think you pretty much nailed it on your second run, with the reletively slow MPH your running and relatively good 1.8 60ft, I dont think you'll go much quicker than a 12.5
  20. You bid on it Heres a response from the seller...from another forum. ----- Original Message ----- From: racerb0y1974@aim.com To: xxxxxxxxxx@bigpond.net.au Sent: Friday, November 02, 2007 7:54 AM Subject: Re: You've received a question about your eBay item, 1993 Skyline R32 GTR GODZILLA - Twin Turbo - FAST SALE

  22. Hmm, Tailgunner was the worst position to be in the plane, and that is the worst accessory to have for your car!
  23. 10 points well spotted Pity the popular Japanese online store that shipped them to me did'nt pick that up before they sent them, as returning them is causing more than a few headaches
