hey dude cant be that hard...just take the four clips off the top part of the box...and unbolt the top AFM that goes into the box...cant rem if the bottom AFM attachs to the top or bottom half of the box..but u need to unbolt them either way...once the top is off n AFM....in the bottom bit from memory there was 2 bolts holding it in place in couple spots on the inside of the box..after u take the filter out u should see them.

Interesting....ive got a similar problem...noticed after changing my O2 sensors and had to cut the rear one and re-wire them.....it still does it...while cruising no load...a white puff of smoke comes out of the exhaust. Car is already warmed up etc...usually only noticable on hotter days. Could it be the O2 sensor playing up? sorry to Hi jack

i think from memory the rear wheel arch..where the filler is...there is a plastic mould/lining that can be taken off....and you can see the filler neck thru there....not sure i think its a clamped on one.

Hi All Did a search maybe not typed in the right things but am looking for the correct way of putting in a PS cooler, I dont have HICAS anymore and all the solonoids have been removed previously. The rear stage of the pump was blocked off with a machined out washer/piece and orig bolt bolted back up to block it off. Ive attached a diagram. Can anyone tell me is that is the correct way to fitting the cooler as in connections to right places.

As title states after some good condition no cracks etc..rubber door seals that travel around the doors - both sides.

I just did this to mine....matched ported the inlets and turbo flanges..and even done the metal HKS gaskets...was easy when taking the turbos off the carbon deposit that was left on the manifolds and gaskets pretty much outlined it all. I used a dremal with a tungston carbide tip that was alot better that the grinding stones that you can get from supercheap, which are no use at all. Found a store at minto, that sell only abrasives..got the proper grinding stones and the tungston tip from there...$3 for stones...and $15 for the tip.....the stones last a very long time and are the proper ones to get.3mm size shanks. too bad only just read this, i have just finished putting back my turbos. could have taken some pics.

not sure think they do, but wanted to add a bigger one as on hot days seem to be getting hotter and as i dont have hicas lines anymore can re-use that for a cooler. thanks for the reply to get that banjo bolt done.

anyone know where i can get made that same style hose connections that are on the power steering pump, mainly the rear housing of the pump..that use an I Bolt? not sure if that is correct. pirtek or enzed? purpose to run power steering cooler..from rear housing of pump to the power steering reservoir.

ive got R32 GTR but have R33 Engine..and pulled my dumps off it..how can the dumps indentified??anyways i had a set.
